We discovered a slow leak in our basement on a Saturday afternoon…. never a great time for plumbing problems! It was stressful trying to figure out what to do, especially with water soaking into the carpet. The plumber we normally use couldn’t get to us until Monday, so we called TE Certified Plumbers, and thankfully, they had a technician nearby. Nicholas arrived promptly and was such a nice guy! He was friendly, professional, and reassuring from the start. He quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on in clear terms, and got everything fixed efficiently!
