Tech arrived to problem call for entire home. On arrival found thermostats at roughly 55/56 in home. System is zoned and roughly 6 years old. Inspected units. System was on and running on arrival. Home is not occupied and workers were home with garage door open and inside door open allowing cold air to enter home. Verified heat strips are operational. Verified zones are operational. Supply air through vents was roughly 140-150 degree air. Watched system go up several degrees during run time. Checked outdoor unit. Unit is operational. Outdoor unit is in dirty condition and needs a cleaning. Capacitor is within specs and refrigerant pressures appear to be within specs at this time. System does not have adequate flood protection.
