When we realized we had no hot water our first call was to TE Certified. Blake arrived that Saturday afternoon and after diagnosing the problem he told us we needed a new hot water heater. We were leaving the next day for a short vacation and he set up an appointment for us the morning we were back to replace the unit. Blake was there as promised and got us up and running in a few hours. He did a super job, was excellent at communicating how the new unit functioned, and was a pleasure to work with. He is a great member of the team at TE Certified.
