We received excellent service from TE certified. The two professionals that came (Chris and Augustine) were on time, courteous and did a great job in fixing the issue. Finally, I appreciate TE Certified respect for my time by keeping me informed on the window of time when the techs would arrive. That enabled me to better plan my day.
