Arrived on site to perform a 1 system inspection for a 2012 Lennox split system that’s been performing without issue. Client wanted an inspection done and gave us the tour upon arrival. The system is zoned (upstairs and downstairs). We flushed drain lines, changed filter and tested all electrical and mechanical components of the equipment. We checked combustion, tested outdoor and indoor components and confirmed operation is safe and effective. We discussed Homecare and the benefits today and agreed to join the Homecare plan. We recommended some flood protection and some cleanings that we can address down the road. Homecare completed, payment collected. Call complete.
