Lennox Zoned System - Not Heating evenly System not heating properly due to failed damper motors and improper settings on the Ecobee thermostats. I changed the settings on the thermostats so they don’t cut the heat pump off when outdoor temperatures get below 36°. I recommended replacing the damper motors due to them sticking closed. The homeowner approved this estimate. Replaced all 3 motors and tested equipment. System is operating properly at this time.
