Called out to address issues with the garbage disposal been jammed. Found that the garbage disposal was indeed jammed. Gave the homeowner options to either just unjam it, or to replace it with a new one. Also gave homeowner options for faucet replacement in the kitchen due to the handle being loose. Homeowner agreed to replace kitchen faucet and to unjam the garbage disposal. Purchased a faucet from Home Depot at the customers request and installed in the kitchen. Unjammed the disposal and ran and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and disposal is not working properly.
