Installed a client provided toilet for the basement bathroom. The toilet is secured in place and flushing properly. The flange for the toilet is higher than normal which causes the toilet to not sit flush on the floor and can cause the toilet to rock. I recommend having the flange replaced and lowered. Water pressure to the home is 86psi. Regulations require that the pressure be between 50-80psi to prevent leaks or pipe damage.
