Came out because the customer concerned about airflow on her 2016 gas line system. Upon diagonals in the system. We found that the fifth filter was completely restricted, causing airflow issues. We continue to inspect the system. She found that the blower motor was completely clogged up as well as the evaporator coil. These issues can also cause air flow issue. We also found that the system did not have TE protection, nor did it have any UV protection. Upon inspecting the outside unit we found that the capacitor was testing out of range. We also found that the system was amping high at the compressor and that the contactor was slightly buzzing. The customer noticed us that her utility bill was higher than usual. These issues can cause the system to work inefficiently and cause a spike in the utility bill. Overall the system is mechanical working but will need the repair options listed to perform at a higher efficiency.
