Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner as well as their daughter to get an idea of the problem. The garage receptacle was not working, nor were the outdoor receptacles. I started by testing the breakers in the panel and in testing, found that the panel was not properly bonded as this is the first point of disconnect. I had the bond screw so I fastened it securely so that the panel could now be bonded. All breakers were found to be working properly, so I proceeded and trying to search for a hidden GFCI receptacle as all receptacles were marked as GFCI protected, but I have not found one yet. Behind a dehumidifier that was plugged in I found a GFCI receptacle that was tripped. After resetting the receptacle power was returned to the other affected receptacles, and I assisted the customer and moving both freezers into position so they could be plugged in.
