Came in for a no cooling call. When I arrive condenser was off and wouldn’t run when turning thermostat on cooling, tested electrical component, compressor and thermostat, then proceed to test indoor unit. After my findings notices that condenser had bd electrical component including a melted contactor, also both outdoor and indoor coil were completely cake up causing unit to over work because of poor airflow. Let consumer know and offer option to solve the issue. Costumer decided to proceed with repairs. Work was done and tested. Unit is now working properly!
