The customer had a hidden leak. They thought was the urinal. This was not the case after further inspection. I dismantled a wood panel that was covering the plumbing for both bathroom faucets, adjacent to the urinals and found water and staining on the back of the wood panel, I noticed that is the stop valve right. Was leaking right as well? There were supply lines that were bulging that needed to be replaced. Both faucets are leaking as well when in use. And the most severe is on the left hand side. Customer needs to have a grant from the company in order to replace the faucets. However, customer agreed to have the supply lines. And the cold side shut off valve on the left hand faucet replaced. Turned the water off to the building and uh, replaced, shut off valve and down. They're bulging supply lines, turn the water back on to the building and checked for leaks.
