Toilet was leaking into the ceiling of the kitchen. Removed toilet and found that the flange had been extended previously. The extension ring had come loose from the top of the top of the flange and was causing the leak. I removed the extension ring, flange, and pipe from the fitting. I glued in a new piece of pipe and flange. I used a spacer ring underneath the flange. I screwed through the flange and spacer to the subfloor. I recommended that the customer have the subfloor replaced due to rot. Toilet is now working with no leaks.
