Arrived on site to troubleshoot why the subdivision entrance Christmas lights and landscape lights aren’t working. We tested voltage at the main panel and realized the panel is not receiving power. We tested the load side of the meter and was not receiving power. We tested the line side of the meter and was receiving proper voltage. The meter and panel are severely corroded which can affect voltage. We recommend replacing the meter and the panel. We will need a Georgia power engineer on site to ensure we can keep the meter/panel in the same location. If not, we will need to move the meter/panel to a new location where we have the proper clearances. The amount collected for the troubleshoot will be discounted once the future work is completed.
