Perform no heat on zones whole system unit. Found 4 foot bypass causing unit to shut off and go into lockout. Also found dirty, blower wheel, dirty, condenser, found coil, broken at aluminum connections, improper, flue pipe, no TE flood protection, found filter backwards, you also had high static pressure, all of the collars on the unit were non-insulated, also had supply for leaking air, control board, and zone dampers will need to be replaced as well as adding a smart bypass to help with airflow and static pressure. System is bypass to be controlled by main level thermostat at this time. We also have an install supervisor to come quote ductwork and possibly a full system. Replacement to get unit under warranty by TE. System is out of warranty and inefficient and cost of repairs are high. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
