I was called out to Ed’s house for a failed damper. Upon my arrival Ed let me know that the company he used to use said his damper had failed but they said they couldn’t get one. We verified the damper wasn’t working and also saw the bypass was the outdated weighted arm type. With Ed’s approval we replaced both the failed damper and updated the bypass motor and now the system is working normally.
