Came to troubleshoot house lighting dimming and sparking. Panel and meter looked and tested fine. Went outside and the neutral was completely severed in two. Called the power company out and they came to re make connection. After power was back on we separated neutrals, installed whole home surge protection, all duel function breakers, GFCI protected and re ran dryer.
