For this job I replaced a leaking expansion tank. I removed failed tank and mounting new one with a mounting bracket and secured it to wall. I set psi of expansion tank to 75 psi. I also replaced a failed pressure regulator that was allowing water into the home at 120 psi, which the max allowance per fixture is 80 psi. I installed a higher grade regulator and set psi to 65. I tested and left work area clean
