Our heating system was not working. We called for an appointment. We were notified early morning that a tech was coming to help. The service for our heating system was done by Koi P. He was professional and advised us of all the issues we may have. He got our system to work but advised on what our options are moving forward as our system is 10+ years old. We used TE certified for our plumbing, electrical and now our HVAC system. We moved to GA from NY over 2 years ago and would recommend TE Certified for all our home needs!
