The handle for inspector valve #3 is missing. A new one will need to be installed. The ITV is located at the north side stairwell.

Wet: Install the missing handle on the main drain for system #2. Wet: Install the missing handle on the inspector test valve for system #2. Wet: Install the missing handles on the (2) PIVs located on the south side of the building. Wet: Remove and replace the painted sprinkler head in the maintenance room on the 1st floor. NFPA 25 (5.2.1.1.1) Any sprinkler that shows signs of any of the following shall be replaced; (6.) Paint other than that applied by the sprinkler manufacturer.
