Semi-Annual Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System Inspection (Ansul 1.5gl) Kitchen Suppression Inspection Deficiency: Number of Systems failed : 1 Need to quote deficiencies on kitchen suppression system!!!! 1- no horn/strobe 2- no electrical shut down to both fryers 3- not sure if fryers meet code for this Giles self contained unit? Deficiency for GILES (ANSUL) R102 1.5 GALLON AUTOFRYER: Horn/Strobe, that was delivered and hooked up by Buist electric, is wired in after shutdown relay and needs to be wired in BEFORE relay to have uninterrupted power for Horn/Strobe when system is activated. .
