Fire sprinkler system is in the oil change pit. Sprinkler Inspection Annual Fire Sprinkler System Inspection Deficiency: Sprinkler head box needs one head added. Deficiency: Flow switch has been disconnected and damaged a new flow switch must be installed and wired to outside bell. or alarm system if one is available if not the 110 bell 🛎 will have to be also iinstalled as it is not there anymore. Deficiency: Sprinkler system is due for gauge change.

3/20/23 Backflow has been repaired DH 1/16/23 Backflow is still broken will need to repair before inspection DH Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (1 Wet System) 5-Year Internal Due: FDC Hydro Due: Deficiency: Pipe burst in between first and second valve. Released main drain and closed first valve. Inoperable Deficiency: Backflow replacement for frozen backflow . See pictures for all info . Deficiency: Found Lower Riser Control Valve closed and no pressure on the Fire Riser. Inoperable Deficiency: The backflow on the sprinkler system has been damaged in a freeze it has not been replaced at all therefore system is totally in operable at this time.
