The service man was fantastic.but the customer service rep i dealt with gave me a hard time and the run around to get the sevice that i needed.

Arrived On-Site FACP was in trouble and showing supervisory. The Audio EVAC Message was playing over the speakers and would not reset. Also the FACP stated NAC 1 and 2 Short. The supervisory was (North Stairwell Tamper ) found Tamper switch required adjustment. Adjusted and reset point, then FACP stated 3rd floor trash Room photo smoke was wrong type of device. replaced smoke head and reset device. The FACP is still stating Local Network 1 and 2 Node 1 and 2 and 3 Troubles the FCI GAMEWELL VOICE EVAC PANEL IS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH FACP. After further Trouble shooting, we have diagnosed problem to being voice evac network card failure and will check shop in AM to see if we have a part for replacement. We have tested the system. alarms still activate at FACP and visuals still function but Audio does not. We also have checked and made sure that the panel is communicating with guardian alarm which it is. Service will Return in AM or contact site maintenance if we have part for replacemen
