Alex was very thorough, personable, knowledgeable in his trade, and extremely helpful explaining the problems with our system in a way I could understand.
I oversee two locations and every time that I have needed these guys they have come in quickly, and in an organized manner, in, out job completed no strings attached. I get the run around with many companies and this one is definitely not one of those!

Replaced HD in Baptismal Font Pump Room that was Deficient from recent inspection And Tested ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***
Arrived On-Site Dialer lines 1 & 2 were showing in fault/Trouble. Monitored lines after tripping alarms and troubles. Dialer is communicating over VOIP lines and Dialer isn’t getting a clear connection with central monitoring station and is creating a back log of signals. Dialer Requires 2-Dedicated POTS LINES. Currently Dialer is using the same number for its primary and secondary lines which is 586-781-6627 this cannot happen it requires its own number for each line. Currently the system is reset and Normal, and back on-line with monitoring center.
Completed Annual Fire Alarm Inspection for 2019
Arrived On-Site Found Duct Smoke Local Horn swinging by wires and disconnected. Was Informed that they had a oven fire that released a bunch of smoke up into the ROOF TOP UNIT that tripped the duct smoke connected to the Roof Top Unit. Gained access to Sprinkler Riser Room and checked FACP (FACP Stated Point 18 Qudoba Rtu Supervisory) Gained access to Roof and Located RTU Duct Smoke inside of Unit. Cleaned Duct Smoke our with canned air and Reset Duct Smoke At Unit. (Air handler commenced startup after duct smoke Head been reset) went back to FACP and Reset Panel and updated date and time. Back insider Qudoba installed single gang cut in back box for local sounder, re-Wired and put back up on Ceiling. ***All Systems Normal and Reset ***
