Not only did he complete the work and do it well BUT, he helped us with one of our residents and never batted an eye. Great guy!
As always I got fast response and the appointment was made for the next day. Mike handled the problem I had and the system fully operational.
Awesome service from Mike! He was very very helpful, patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure I am fully understood the system and how to use it! I am left satisfied with ability to feel comfortable with handling the system on my own. Thank you!
I think it was a bit of a challenge as the water did not want to shut off but Russ got it to work

MP 7TH FLOOR EAST: System is showing a trouble on the 7th floor east. Wire is solid all the way to the end of the circuit at the manual pull on the 7th floor. Removed all devices from the zone and it still shows trouble. Wire is reading about 4.5-30 k ohms. Zones have end of line capacitor instead of end of line resistor. Need to return with 2 guys to locate where wiring goes to the 7th floor and possible pull a new one. This wire will need to run from FACP to 7th floor smoke detector, unless we locate a problem with the wiring somewhere along the way. - repair This quote is for two alarm technicians to have the time to trouble shoot the reason why there is a 7th floor trouble on the panel
