Excellent Service!

Matt was very knowledgeable. Not only did he assist in getting the system back up he was able to answer all the questions I had. The only thing that was less than amazing was that we had to wait almost 6 hours for a tech to arrive following our initial call. I do know that it was a weekend but for an emergency call that seems like a long wait, and we had little communication regarding why the wait was taking so long. That would be my only negative comment but once Matt got the call, he contacted me directly, gave me an ETA and went above and beyond while here.
