Mark is a very efficient worker and knows what he is doing and he is good!
The work done was good, the tech was very professional. However, we had 2 services scheduled (some ANSUL work and the e-lights). These were scheduled to both be started at 5am on Monday 8/3. I arrived at the restaurant early that day to let the technicians in. No call, no service, no communication. Yesterday I came in to the restaurant at 9 am to find the technician at work on the e-lights, with my staff trying to prepare the kitchen for Friday service around him. This is why we scheduled it so early in the morning in the first place. We have yet to hear when to expect the ANSUL service that was also supposed to be performed on 8/3. I want to reiterate that the technician was professional and the work performed satisfactory, but the scheduling and communication is severely lacking.
Jared is a nice person, and obviously knowledgeable about his job, but he tends to talk too much and is not efficient in conducting his work. Time and energy is lost while waking back and forth replacing specific extinguishers

The dot will let us know if the heat in the plenum area is exceeding 350 degrees. FSM will only do this if the customer agrres to let us back in within 72 hours to check the dot and verify the temperature isn't exceeding 350 degrees. Deficiency: This location has had the kitchen suppression system above the 3 vat fryer trip 3 times since October 30, 2020. When Fire Systems of Michigan was on site it was determined the fans were intermittently shutting off, which was causing the temperatures above the cooking equipment to rise more than they would if the fans were operating normally, and thus the kitchen fire suppression systems were tripping. The Ansul manual states that a 280 degree link should be used for this line up. Due to the fact fans are shutting off intermittently the customer requested that we put a 500 degree link above the middle fryer until the fa
