Exchanged 3G Ansul tank that was due hydro, extended all 3 drops down to appropriate heights for appliances. Installed new 3N nozzles above 2 fryers. Installed new 101-20 cartridge, installed new regulator hose and performed regulator test. Installed new 1N nozzle for plenum and 2W nozzle for duct.
Performed kitchen system inspection and installed (2) refurbished extinguishers.
Installed new conduit and link line through out 9ft hood. Exchanged 1.5G and 3G Ansul cylinders due for test. Replaced 101-30 cartridge. Installed (4) 1N nozzles. Performed regulator test.
