Upon arrival customer stated they got back in town last night and changed thermostat from 60 to 67 and woke up this morning with the thermostat never getting over 61. During evaluation found that the refrigerant levels were extremely low when running. Inspected coil and found heavy oil spots and could even hear a small hissing sound. Leak detector went off immediately at the coil. Indoor is a 9 year old Carrier out of manufacture warranty. Told with customer about refrigerant changes and parts delays.
