Garrett’s knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations. I called by 9 PM on a Friday, and Comfort Experts immediately gave me a quote over the same call. They got me an appointment by 2 PM on Saturday and fixed my AC problem in an hour. The quotation was right on the spot: there were no surprises or added costs. Garrett is hugely recommended.

09/13/24 TS- left waterheater T&P valve was slightly stuck in the open position and letting a small amount of water out. Messed with the valve till I got it to stop dripping. Strongly suggest replacing valve but customer declined at this time.
09/03/24 TS- flushed both 50gal natural gas waterheaters upstairs in the attic. Both waterheaters are connected from hot to cold one heater to the other. I explained how this is incorrect and will cause issues.
For this evaluation the customer stated there was a gas smell and burning smell coming from the kitchen register at random times throughout the day. I inspected both furnaces and condensers and everything seemed to be in good shape and I could not replicate what they were seeing. Customer would like a more senior tech to come out to reinspect the equipment in case I missed something. Both compressors are overamping on startup which could be a very likely possibility of why his energy bills went up a little bit over the past few months. Customer stated his energy bills have gone up by 1000% from $60 to over $600 from July to August. I think it would be wise to have a plumber come out to inspect the gas lines as they have had a gas leak in the past and that's possibly what they are smelling.
