Colby is an outstanding technician. When he arrived it was 63 degrees in our home because the heating had been out for 12 hours within 90 minutes he determined and resolved the issue. And thanks to his advise to purchased the monthly plan during our annual tune-up the service call was covered at no additional cost!!!

Cleared drain line in upstairs sink Service fee waived per office Popup assembly washer is missing. All drain and popup wastaken apart upon arrival. Told customer drain will leak without the washer installed recommend replacement of pop up assembly. Customer is going to try and find washer her self
Arrived at a customer's home to maintain a whole-house water softening system. We cleaned the resin tank injector, resin bed, and salt tank. Salt and water were refilled to the proper levels. System performance and leak testing evaluated to keep the water soft. The system is operating as it should for the home.

07/08/24 TS- upon arrival the rest of the house hot water lines seemed fine. I removed the hot water line from the emergency valve. I flushed the emergency valve and alot of black water came out. Also it wouldn't let me shut off 100%. Which let me know the valve rubber gasket has gone bad and parts of it probably clogged the faucet line. Customer declined replacing faucet at our price or valves. He did accept for me to rebuild the drain line because it was leaking and causing extensive damage to the cabinet floor. We are not acceptable for any water damage underneath sink
07/06/24 TS- upon arrival the waterheater was shoot a 7 blinking light error code. Once I drained the tank of water for the flush I noticed all the water was room temp and not heated. So the waterheater had to be down for a while. After refilling the tank and flushing any remaining air out, I hard reset the gas control valve. 7 blinking lights means the vapor control was throwing an error. I noticed that part was replaced already and another sensor that was used was on the ground. I turned the electrical back on and reset the gas control. It booted up as normal and was heating when I left. Code given when I left was a flutter heart beat which means it's heating properly.
On arrival condenser was locked out on code L6. Dual run capicator read 10 out of 45. Replaced this under warranty and installed a compressor saver kit with the customers permission.
On this job I washed the condensor change the filter and ran 2 gallons of vinger down the drain line. The system freon levels are are on point. Td is 20. I would recommend a hard start kit or easy start with uv protection In the air handler.
I unclogged a drian line that was tripping a float switch. System is back online and cooling.
