Tech had to resale job due to it being booked incorrectly tech has collected the full amount for the system Tech has installed a iaq 300 both lights are on and working properly at this time
Upon technicians arrival techs started at the air handler techs found everything to be working properly at this time there is no corrosion at the wires as well as all wires are tight tech found UV light inside system tech recommended installing iaq 300 so that supply and return plenum are cover for biological growth. Tech found that that electrical components are work up to tech standards on the condenser at this time
8/7/25 I will be returning on Thursday the 14th with a 20 foot ladder to check the fan receiver in the living room
8/4/25 We will pull guest toilet and see if there is an offset flange. If offset is present we will give replacement options. We will also replace brushed nickel basket strainer in kitchen I need to return first call on Thursday 8/7/25 to do work. This is the only day customer is available.
Upon arrival tech found that the condenser fan motor wasn't working properly tech ohm out motor and found that the motor had open windings

Alert on tstat indicates the secondary heat strips are active too long in season. Compressor capacitor is failing. Condenser fan capacitor is failing. Hard start kit rendered useless. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant levels read below manufacturer tolerance. Vapor line missing insulation. Disconnect box is shorting out. Arrived to no cool on upstairs guest house unit. System is very low on refrigerant. Leak found in evaporator coil. Wrote estimates for repairing system and gave option of comfort advisor giving estimate on replacing. Customer did not want to move forward with repairs at this time. Customer declined repairs. Customer upgraded to the multi system home and budget protection plan today.
