After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.

Install Amana 2 stage 30k heat pump upflow with high efficiency filtration, uv system and code kit
2022 3t condenser. 2018 evaporator coil. 2006 gas furnace. NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Indoor tramsitio from furnace to evaporator coil is questionable. Drain line clear. 1" filter in a 4" box - this filter gets blocked fast and must be replaced often. A blocked filter heavily restricts airflow which creates a vacuum inside the air handler. Blower - motor has visual breach of oil, wheel has buildup and the 7.5mfd capacitor is failing. TESP (total External Static Pressure) of 0.5 on the manufacturer data shows to be exceeding the pressure design. This test reveals dirty coil, failing blower motor and a filter that restricts too much airflow. Evaporator coil has buildup blockage which further restricts airflow. Compressor inrush amperage is exceeding the manufacturer specifications revealing an over working compressor. Condenser fan motor is not reaching proper FLA which indicates performance issues. 45/5mfd dual run capacitor is failing on the fan side. Refrigerant charge is hovering ju
2014 2.5t garage upflow hp. Expired manufacturer warranty. Filter needs replacement and the door on the filter has been lost. This creates unfiltered air to pass through the system decreasing efficiency. Evaporator coil - heavy buildup and major oil stains. A courtesy leak detection was performed whilst homeowner was watching. Leaks detected. Blower wheel has buildup. Biological growth found through indoor unit. UV bulb out. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant charge is below manufacturer specifications. Dual run capacitor below manufacturer tolerance. Condenser fan motor temperature exceeds manufacturer tolerance. DeltaT 11° - ambient 91°. Minimal insulation in attic space. Ducting leaks can be seen on thermal camera. Homeowner aphas his elderly parents living in the home and was concerned about system performance. We discussed various options including repair vs replacement. A coil was found in Houston TX and would be 5 days out to order. I
Upon technicians arrival technician found that the system was low on charge technician talk to homeowner and explained it to him at the Schrader valve was leaking the entire time technician also recommends a compressor saver IAQ system as well as a new capacitor capacitor is starting to go out at this time on a under load test
Repaired 1/2 water line in wall due to field mice
For this job I provided the customer with an estimate to rework water lines feeding the water heater, and the hot lines feeding the residence.
Pricing on this estimate is to install a new toilet flex line on the toilet at the rear of the residence. The existing feed line hose has broken St the threaded connection, and will need to be replaced. Comfort Experts will remove the existing flex line and remove the broken section still connected to the toilet itself. We will then install the new flex line. Once completed we will test the toilet for leaks and proper functioning.
