Rob was very pleasant, listened intently and explained the process well. I hope to hear back from him soon.
Derek came out with short notice to provide a quote. He was professional & respectful of my house and property. He was unable to provide immediate service due to not having all the necessary equipment to do my particular job, but made sure to let me know that he would be back on Friday to complete the request.
Tyler was amazing I highly recommend him. He was super fast and friendly.
Couldn’t be more satisfied with quality of work done. Derek was extremely professional, knowledgable, and friendly while working. Couldn’t have better things to say about Derek or the company. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.
He did a excellent job serving both units and told us what needed replaced before summer and what was out of code now etc , so we will be saving for a new outside unit fan motor that needs replaced thanks for the great job. JW
Thank you Mark for all you have done . It’s good to see someone work so hard and do great work.
Diego knew exactly what was wrong with the heating unit. Explained to me what it was supposed to do and what it wasn’t doing. He got it fixed and everything works. Kudos to Diego.

Ian was excellent. He was respectful & did his due diligence in inspecting the system. When quoting us a plumbing quote he found out that a pipe was disconnected in the attic & pumping carbon monoxide directly into the attic. He literally could have possibly saved our lives!
Kellen was great and very knowledgeable. Both the techs were very nice and couteous!
Expert care and communication skills. Diligent in diagnosis of the problem and speedy repair.
Mark was very Knowledgeable and kind while explaining the duct cleaning process to us. Very respectful of our home as well. They came out quickly after my call, even during the holidays.
His main panel is a little on the older side but the main thing is the grounds and neutrals are not separate even tho the first means of disconnect is outside of which I couldn't open I did discuss possible replacement options with him

5 ton amana gas closet upflow 2019 Homeowners have no issue, the comment about needing more freon was just because it was so hot outside the other day. I explained the Texas heat plus the insulation plus the age of the home will have a lot to do with system performance. It was able to get close to 70° and I explained that when it's 100° outside that's still a good 30° difference between inside and outside respectfully. I changed dirty filter, inspected indoor and outdoor. Washed coils and installed a 5-2-1 5 ton compressor saver to reduce the inrush amps. The system seemed slightly overcharged so I recovered a little and got my superheat (fixed metering device ) to the target. System fully functional.
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. The unit was freezing up and dripping water underneath the closet when I arrived. I saw that the primary drain line was clogged and the drain pan was full, the unit had major biological growth inside the cabinet, the blower had over an 1/8th of an inch of biological growth buildup on the blades lowering airflow. I also found at the outdoor unit that the system was under charged, I conducted a courtesy leak search but was unable to find the leak point. I shared my findings with the homeowners and recommended clearing the drain line, charging the system with refrigerant, and having a level two duct cleaning to clear out all the biological growth and improve the air quality in the home. The homeowners agreed and also decided to join our home and budget protection club. This is a financing call, agreement number: 24-09-202883 Level two duct cleaning scheduled for Friday July 5th
Gave cust estimate to replace water heater and disposal of two Cust will follow up
Arrived to no cool. Customer states that the air conditioner has not worked in about a year. Technician discovered that the condenser fan motor had failed causing the outdoor unit to shut off on high pressure. Replaced condenser fan motor and reset pressure switch. System running and cooling the home upon departure. 20 year old Rudd straight cool with a gas furnace. Customer has signed up for a membership and is needing electrical work in the future.
