Yeah, meal was very efficient came worked on the machine fixed many things wrong with it. Replaced a coil and now has ordered a new part for the inside unit which controls the airflow said should be here by Friday very informative and let us know exactly what’s going on.

Two system tune up performed today both systems installed in 2008. Main unit condenser replaced last year. All amp draws are within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are in range. Both outdoor units were washed and waxed.
Found board blown in mini split due to power surge. Recommend replacing mini split due not being Able to swap boards and system still communicating. Recommend a surge protector also installed to save future systems and appliances inside the house. Scheduled 12-3
Changed out defrost board on system to ensure prop operation in heat mode due to df2 terminal breaking off

Upon technicians arrival, technician found unit was freezing up technician found that the blower was not kicking on. Technician found that the blower would spin when technician would jump. It technician replaced capacitor.
Upon arrival tech found that the system is undercharged tech looked for a leak and was unable to fine one at this time. Tech talked to home owner to see what they wanted to do he needs to talk to wife before anything. Home owner stated that the system has always struggled tech believes that it could be that the installers never charged the system correctly in the first place
Upon technicians arrival, technician found drain switch to be going off. Tech Unclogged drain , as well as reset wet switch system is running properly up to technician standards.

Found primary drain to be clogged and tripping safety switch blew out drain line and vacuumed the water out of the secondary drain pan Unit is now functional left on in cooling Also informed the customer of how to perform preventative maintenance on the drain line with bleach or vinegar and warm water The technician who performs this customers first tune up will want to bring pan strips to help make sure this does not become a recurring issue
Found hard start kit had gone bad. Replaced under p&l and got system running. Had an 04 code on arrival. Pulls 9 amps on start up.

Customer is aware that drain safety switch has been bipassed and there is currently no safety switch on the system. Wet switch had failed and was preventing the system from operating. Technician bypassed the wet switch to get the air going. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Installed UV bulb replacement, condensate drain pan treatment and an IAQ 300 germicidal system. Performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.
Fix tmp on both water heater Fixed tmp line in main house and in pool house. Also put trap on ac in pool house. Main drain and auxiliary drain are switched and can not fix unless we remove indoor unit
Arrived to no cool. Amana gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2020. Discovered an "04" code indicating a locked rotor. This states that the compressor had a failure while trying to start. Installed a compressor saver to help the system start up more efficiently and performed function check. Refrigerant levels are in range. System running and cooling upon departure.
