Yeah, meal was very efficient came worked on the machine fixed many things wrong with it. Replaced a coil and now has ordered a new part for the inside unit which controls the airflow said should be here by Friday very informative and let us know exactly what’s going on.

Hunter and his assistant Tyler did a great job checking out my HVAC system, showing me how to do battery changes on the thermostats, checking for other issues, explaining what was needed, and changing the filters. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. It was great that they could come out relatively late on a Friday afternoon.

New build. Estimate for 400a service vs. 200a service. Modular home being set. Need 200A pass through panel at utility provided meter base. 200A feeder to pre fabricated panel. 60 A feeder to well house. Plumbing estimate set for 9/2 to run necessary hook up to house from well. PLEASE ADD NOTES FOR PLUMBER TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT ELECTRICAL ESTIMATE INCLUDES TRENCHING THAT MAY BE ABLE TO BE USED FOR WATER LINE. Scheduling a follow up phone call for 9/3.
Arrived to no cool. Failed 45/5 capacitor was preventing the condenser to turn on. Replaced 45/5 cap under P&L warranty. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Arrived to no cool. Outdoor unit not running to due a failed primary electrical control. Electrical control was not letting power pass through the contacts. Replaced electrical control under P&L warranty. System running and cooling upon departure.
I have found that the inverters are producing but there's just no communication, he currently has another company replacing them but is interested in us do general maintenance
Arrived to no cool. Found system to be low on refrigerant. Performed leak search and found a refrigerant leak in the top side of the evaporator coil. Coil needs to be replaced under P&L warranty. Warranty refrigerant fee waived per Brian H.
Arrived to no cool due to a failed 45/5 capacitor. Replaced capacitor under warranty and performed function check. During function check the technician noticed very high pressures on the suction line and low superheat. Normal pressures on the liquid line and normal subcooling. Found that the TXV bulb was very loose on the line. Secured the bulb and continued with function check. No improvement. TXV needs to be replaced under P&L warranty. Part needs to be ordered.
Completed AC tuneup on a one year-old heat pump checked indoor and outdoor units. Make sure every electrical connection is tight. Check drain line and check everything on outdoor system washed off coil only recommendations. I see today is a surge protector.
Cooling tune up performed on a Trane heat pump with air handler installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion on the connections. Some corrosion is present on the inside of the air handler by the blower assembly. ECM blower motor is acceptable and blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Upstairs zone damper motor has failed and needs to be changed. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Need Aprilaire two wire damper model : 532020 Need to order an IAQ 300 germicidal system Level 1 duct cleaning is scheduled for tomorrow first call. Customer has signed up for the Home and Budget Protection Plan.
Arrived to no cool. Outdoor unit showing an "L6" code I dicating an open start circuit on the auxiliary motor start. Replaced 35mfd auxiliary motor start and also replaced the compressor saver which had failed. All repairs done under P&L warranty.
Reroute ac drain will have to return to run new drain for ac unit on 9-2-25. Wil need help doing it

2019 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain has slight build up in trap Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil was acceptable Supply plenum has heavy biological growth build up Duct work has multiple tears and rips. And exposed inner lining 2019 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was out of manufacture range replaced under warranty Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended unit surge protection, UV system for the biological growth and comfort advisor for new duct.
Spoke with Mr January on the phone regarding repairs and warranties on the current system. Customer has a parts only warranty until the end of September 2025. Customer dupoes not wish to repair the system at this time. Will forward an email with updated repair costs with the warranty included.
Have to return tommrow as first call do not have proper condenser fan on van.
