They arrived around 10 and got straight to work. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. The Unit works great and I am pleased.

Customers toilet had a bunch of plastic pieces and wet wipes stuck in toilet and I was not able to remove, installed new elongated toilet. Checked for leaks after installing no issues. Old toilet is still at customers house, had no room for it on my van, someone will be by soon to dispose of toilet for customer. Need to make sure we contact customer before sending someone out.

Arrived to no heat. Customer states that system ran for about an hour before shutting down before reaching temperature. Found an L2 code on outdoor unit indicating a high pressure switch lockout. Outdoor coil was very dirty and was restricting air flow. Cleaned the outdoor coil. Performed a function check and system was able to reach desired temperature and did not shut down on high pressure. Air filter needs to be changed. System requires an Aprilaire 910 filter.
Customer replaced gas valve in furnace and flame would not ignite. Tested gas pressure and pressure was too low to create a flame. Raised lp gas pressure to 13 and system ran as should

11/29/24 TS - first flush toilet bubbled then gave way. Flushed another 6 times while running faucet and tub and no back ups. Customer stated that he called with the $17 service so I honored. No issues
11/29/24 -TS repaired 3" sewer line. Fitting disconnected from the joint as I was doing repair, because the line bellies and is under stress. Will have to return on Monday to finish repair. Schedule to be first thing in the morning with Adam B Customer is financing work, has been approved

Two r22 gas 2004 attic horizontal. 1inch filters. Blower wheels dirty. Blower capacitor 10mf below manufacturers tolerance. Inducer fan motor amps usage exceed manufacturers specifications. Flame displacement at burners when blower comes on. Flame sensor extremely corroded. Heavy rust on heatexchanger. Biological growth inside supply plenums. Evaporator coil heavy rust and refrigerant leaks detected. Flex gas line coming into cabin - code violation. Evaporator coil wall insulation falling off. Heavy rodent feces present. I shared all video/photo evidence with homeowner, explained symptoms, issues, performance and saftey of both units. Homeowner agrees that due to the age of the systems and the performance thereof, a CA appointment has been set for 12/3/24 @1p to discuss possible next steps. Homeowner knows he's on borrowed time.
