Nathaniel,Ian, Adam(and helper),and Rob were all very nice to work with. They helped me so much getting the right stuff to the insurance company. These guys are professional and all about customer service. Office staff was also helpful. Great company to work with.

Tyler put forth considerable thought in delivering an estimate for us

We asked for an estimate on electrical work that we wanted done on an outside patio being completed. It was not a cut-and-dried job, so Tyler & Nathaniel worked together to come up with a solution they believed would get the job done. Though we thought the solution was far too expensive for what we had allocated, theirs was not a bad response. I had to thank them for their time and efforts spent here.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. When I arrived the outdoor unit was not coming on. I was informed that the unit was hit with a lawnmower by the landscaper knocking it off the pad. When I opened up the unit I found the system locked out due to an open start circuit. I diagnosed a failed compressor saver, and failed auxiliary motor starter, the wires connecting to the auxiliary motor starter were melted where on the hermetic side. I replaced both parts under warranty P&L, and afterwards the unit kicked back on. I checked the refrigerant charge and found it was within tolerable levels. I shared my findings with the homeowners and replaced their filter on the way out. System was cooling when I left.

7/25/24 Arrived onsite tried to run camera from multiple avenues to figure out what was going on with system. Will need to return Monday and crawl under home and trace back piping for bathroom to find where the issue is cause camera is not making the curries correctly. Customer requested return visit for Monday of next week.

Upon arrival I cst showed to the rooms that were hotter then the rest of the house After inspection of attic and finding guilty kinked ducts, broken ducts, and return air leaks I recommend the cst talks to CA about duct work redesign. Also found that the air handler has been under level since it was installed after pulling blower door and blower motor I found lots of biological growth and corrosion, recommended getting UV system installed, emergency drain pan is bent and corroded recommend replacement CA scheduled for tomorrow

$583.83 was paid on Friday 7/19/24. This reflects the $49 service being applied to initial call if repairs were purchased. There is a chance I applied the numbers incorrectly. I replaced a capacitor (under manufacturersparts warranty), obtained a membership and homeowner purchased a 5t compressor saver. I did not have 5t compressor saver on my van. Today 7/23/24 I acquired the part, washed unit, and updated photos. System is fully functional. Pausing due to the unknown payment.

Service was to install a safety drain switch. Homeowner has been thinking of it since February 2024 (last technician visit). I noticed the pan treatment strip was outside optimal use. Saftey float switch installed on primary line. Condesate drain treatment strip replaced. I explained the need for a vent on the primary line, declined. System fully functional Drywall on pulldown ladder was compromised upon arrival.

2.5t 2022 amana hp. Installed by Daffen. Homeowner arrivedhalf way through my visit. Inrush Amp draw on compressor exceeds LRA, compressor sounds grinding, superheat and subcool levels are not up to manufacturers data specifications. I offered to charge the system correctly and install an IAQ product. Homeowner claims he will call Daffen ac company to fix the issues I found. Declined all work.

This house has just had a remodel done. The filter was caked. The system return is caked and the system is dirty. I recommend a level 2 duct cleaning. Today I did install a new rm1 iaq200 light system and put them on the home and budget plan.

Upon arrival, techs were shown the condenser. Customer had changed his filter a month before. He didnt not have one for us to change we checked for deltas. Techs checked the condenseder sub cool and superheat. Super heat was normal, subcool was fine. Inrush on compressor was at 25. The second condenser subcool was at 1 and the super heat 19. Once the condenser was cleaned it the sub cool was at 5 and superheat went to 15. The uv bulb was out and Customer had a replacement. Tech suggested a compressor saver
