Alex is the Best, didn’t have an issues with the system, He ended up driving an hour to walk me through changing the filter in the attic, felt really bad for that, but He handled it graciously and was extremely understanding about the misunderstanding

Heating tune up perfomed today on a one year old Goodman straight electric system ball electrical connections are tight with no corrosion nheat strips are pulling proper amperage. Delta T is 30 degrees in heating. Performed a quick function check of the cooling side as wellnnsystem is running properly at this time. Vacuumed leaves from the bottom of the condenser and washed and waxed the unit. Changed the air filters on this visit. Customer would like to talk to an electrician regarding hard wired smoke detectors the keep beeping and flickering light in the kitchen. Customer is available on the 31st around 11am
Replaced furnace control board. Reset system and system ran with no issues. Did not change blower motor due to motor working after changing control board. Left with system cooling
2022 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Blower wires have biological growth build up Blower cap is below manufacture range Evaporator coil has biological growth build up Supply plenum has biological growth build up 2022 Goodman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended replacement of blower cap and installing UV system for the biological growth Installed UV 200 and blower cap
During tune up ECM Blower motor gave out and would not longer come back on. Talked with customer, customer is upset about the system working before tune up and now no longer running during tune up. I have completed my electrical evaluation and found that the scooter it's self has to be the problem as power to the inverter then to the charging fuse on the scooter is just fine
Super tune up performed today on an R22 heat pump with air handler installed in 2004. Lots of biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Build up on blower wheel and evaporator coil. Level 2 dust cleaning is set for the morning on Tuesday the 21st. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has been set up with a military appreciation membership today. Customer has paid $1050 down on the level 2 duct cleaning and will pay the remainder upon completion.
ELECTRICAL TO PLUMBING Need to send a plumber out today at some point there are looking to get the water heater drained and the space to do so is very miniscule
Super tune up performed today on a Lennox straight electric system installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. UV system is working properly. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Suggest adding insulation in the attic to help with the efficiency of the home.
Into job for electrical inspection and customer had issues with solar that we installed when installing new AC unit apparently we installed a 1 kilowatt system and it is not producing anything at all to take money off of their bill and whoever was here had told them that it would save them a good amount of money and just to go up in the future and it never has and has just been costing them money apparentlym I took pictures of everything of it pulling amps and everything it needed to be of a 1K setup customer is not happy at all in 5 years and has seen nothing so I need to go over with Brian make sure everything is good for him and then for us to schedule to come out here and take it down

2024 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain was clear and draining at this time Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable UV system is not functional. Customer had extra lamp, changed it out and still was not working properly 2024 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual Run Cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended upgrading UV system to much more efficient system Installed UV 300
Super tune up performed today on a one year old Ducane heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Air filter was changed on this visit. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Compressor saver was installed to help with the efficiency and reliability of the unit upon start up.
Customer states that the outdoor unit was making a loud "grinding" noise that sounded like metal in metal. Upon inspection the unit sounded normal. Checked all amp draws, refrigerant levels and the bearings in the fan motor. Was not able to recreate the issue. Primary electrical control was making a buzzing sound. Replaced electrical control under warranty. Told customer that if the issue comes back to give us a call.
