Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. Jake was fine. I had the impression my work was scheduled to be done and it was really doing an estimate for work I’d given a complete description of. And the estimate was higher than expected. So I paid for a service trip to get an estimate and the appointment was delayed and ended up being during a time I said I wouldn’t be here.

2023 Ducane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Biological growth is beginning to grow in Airhandler 2023 Ducane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended Micro Air soft start for hard starts and UV system to kill biological growth and promote clean air
2/16/26 This estimate is to replace sewer line 15 ft above ground and tie back into septic line please schedule for wed first call
Came to house to pull monitoring system out of panel after a few months of letting it monitor his electrical consumption and also his solar monitoring and got all the data and took pictures of everything and sent it over to Brian so that they could process it all at the office and do everything so that then we could reach back out to the customer when everything is put together so that we could explain and talk to him about it also while I was there customer was having issues with flickering lights took a look at a few switches and didn't really find much but the lights all stop flickering so told customer that if it continues to happen to give us a call and we will come out here and fix the issue with a regular troubleshooting fee
Vulnerable customer stated the furnace would not come on during evaluation found that the thermostat was rating 71 room temperature while set at 70 turn furnace on checked all safeties and ignition system found no issues at this time cycled the furnace on and off multiple times with no issues. Ran a quick check on condenser found no issues with the condenser talked with customer about refrigerant change price change and next coming months recommended a comfort advisor visit due to the age of the system customer stated wife has a changing schedule and is unable to schedule Comfort advisor visit at this time Left with system in heat

Replace 36k heat pump mini split and (2) 12k heat pump mini splits that service master bedroom, kitchen and living area
Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSc blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Super tune up performed today on a 1!year armana heat pump package unit. All electrical connections tight with no corossion, heat strip with proper amperage, compressor and condenser fan are acceptable, blower motor and evaporator coil are clean, refrigerant levels are in range, out door unit washed and waxed, system operating properly at time of departure.
2/11/26 Came to house to look at solar edge and call solar ads to give them the rest of the information that was needed to get new inverter order but ended up coming into an issue that saw the reds had no recollection that we had ever gone through a troubleshooting process with them at all to get this order so they wanted us to redo it and so how do you doing it but started it and ended up with them wanting us to update the firmware so we are downloading the firmware on a USB and will be back tomorrow morning to update firmware and see if that works if it doesn't then we will be doing the rest of the process to get the inverter order
Repair water line under home Water lines have been chewed on buy some mice there are more spots where it has need chewed on
Arrived to no cool. Mini split condenser with 4 heads. System is very low in refrigerant. Performed leak search and was not able to conclusively detect a leak. Gave customer estimate to performed full leak search including taking heads off of the wall and checking behind them. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow morning to discuss replacement options.
Arrived to no heat. Customer had propane tank filled recently and the tank had been closed. Opened tank and bled the propane lines. Performed function check. System running and heating the home upon departure.
