Alex is the Best, didn’t have an issues with the system, He ended up driving an hour to walk me through changing the filter in the attic, felt really bad for that, but He handled it graciously and was extremely understanding about the misunderstanding

I have completed my electrical tune up and found he does need surge protection but at this time he's not willing to part with that price, gfci's are located in the proper locations and are functional, he did express concerns of the bathroom GFCI popping occasionally but once we talked about possible causes he was put at ease
Heating tune up performed on a Goodman package unit heat pump installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. All amp draws are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Reversing valve, defrost control board and heat strips are all working as they should. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Arrived to 04 "locked rotor" code. Checked all electrical connections to ensure they are tight. Checked 35mfd capacitor and compressor saver. Both check out and are good. Found that the TXV bulb was on the bottom of the vapor line. Adjusted the bulb to the 2 o'clock position and performed a hard reset on the system. Subcooling at 6 degrees with 5 degrees of superheat upon departure. System running and cooling upon departure. If problem persisits then a new compressor may be needed.
Heating tune up performed today on a Goodman straight electric system installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. 15kw heat kit installed, only using 10kw with 3 ton unit to ensure proper use. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Filter changed on this visit. UV bulb changed on this visit.
Super tune up performed today on a Coleman gas furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Burners, igniter, gas valve and heat exchanger are all acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
04 code found on Heatpump, checked compressor saver and dual run cap both tested within range. Checked electrical connections on board and disconnect. Found all 4 wires in disconnect were loose causeing the system to go out on 04 code. Tightened all connections and reset system left with system cooling
Performed Tune up on downstairs and upstairs Heatpumps. All components and functions are within manufacture range. Both UV systems are no longer functioning leaving the Systems susceptible to grow Biological growth. Recommended UV system upgrades.
Upon arrival customer stated they are selling the home and the inspector stated that they needed a duct cleaning. Inspected duct work and determined system would benefit from a level 2 duct cleaning. Customer stated he saw duct cleaning advertising for 199, explained to customer the reason why they are 199. Again customer is selling house and does not want to spend money on something that is no longer going to be his
Super tune up performed today on a ten year old Coleman heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Heat strips will only run in emergency heat. The defrost control board is not passing power to heat strips in auxiliary heat. Suggest replacing defrost control board. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer declined repairs at this time.
I have completed my electrical tune-up the panel looks great connections are tight everything is neat and clean I have tested outlets all of which are wired correctly gfci's are located in bathrooms and the kitchen the doorbell is currently not working most likely needs a transformer replaced but she isn't interested at this time
Super tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Biological growth is also present on the supply vents. Highly suggest a level 2 duct cleaning to ensure the system is fully cleaned. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Compressor saver had failed. Replaced part under warranty. Level 2 duct cleaning sold for tomorrow morning to address the biological growth that is present inside of the air handler and on the supply vents.
Need a AC tech out to check on a big vent to the left of the entrance it's making a cracking sound when pushing air through it preferably in the morning
I have installed a customer supplied ev charger
36k reengineered duct system, safety switch, rehang indoor unit, and uv system
Cooling tune up perfmed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Bio growth was present inside of the air handler due to an expired UV bulb. Replaced UV bulb and cleaned the inside of the cabinet. All amp draws are within tolerance. Refrigerant levels are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
