Outstanding Service

Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will surely use them again in the future.

Jake was fine. I had the impression my work was scheduled to be done and it was really doing an estimate for work I’d given a complete description of. And the estimate was higher than expected. So I paid for a service trip to get an estimate and the appointment was delayed and ended up being during a time I said I wouldn’t be here.

Performed Tune up checked all components of the Airhandler all connections were tight blower wheel and coil were acceptable. Filter is in need of changing immediately. Airhandler cabin has biological growth build up Checked all components of the heatpump. All components and functions are working properly and within Manufactured range. Recommended compressor saver and UV system

12/29/25 Sewer is running on the ground outside of back fence. Septic tank is in this area but line is not hook up to it. Need to come back out tomorrow during daylight and figure prices for what needs to be done. Come back 12/31. Wade and Mark 12/31/25 We looked at sewer and septic but could not talk to customer as he has the flu. Me and Mark W. Will need to come back out next week when customer is well and discuss options

2011 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain was clear and draining at this time Changed customer provided filter Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower cap was within manufacture range Blower Motor and wheel have heavy dust and dirt build up Evaporator coil has heavy dust, dirt and smoke build up 2011 Goodman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Compressor saver is functional Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board has burn marks Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan motor bearings are wearing down and are slightly audible when running Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended level 2 duct cleaning, UV 300, condenser fan motor And replacement of defrost board

I have grounded the boxes and made them safe I did suggest possibly taking out the conduit in between boxes that are fully under the house but they're going to hold off on that right now

System locked out on 04 code again. Checked cap, compressor saver and electrical connections. Found compressor saver had failed, replaced compressor saver run cap and also removed transformer from Heatpump. Reset system and checked refrigerant levels and subcool was within range. Found no other issues at this time but if it happens again the compressor or primary electrical board will have have to be changed. Left with system in cool NO SERVICE FEE

Performed Tune up on system. All components and functions of the Airhandler and Heatpump were acceptable and within manufacture range. Found no issues with Airhandler and cleared all debris from the bottom of the heatpump and washed coil from the inside out No recommendations at this time

UV system is functional but lamp was out and is passed replacement date. Checked all components and functionalities of the Heatpump. Washed condenser coils and removed all debris from the bottom of the unit Recommended UV lamp replacement and clear and treat drain

Arrived to no heat pump not coming on. Found an "04" locked rotor code. Compressor saver had failed. Replaced compressor saver under warranty. Performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.
