Response from Comfort Experts Inc.:
Thanks for the glowing review!
For this job I did a tuneup. Delta was good. Drain tested clear. Filter was changed recently. Poured bleach down drain line. recommended april air to prevent bypass dust, homeowner declined. At the outdoor capacitor was good. Running amps were good. Inrush good. Washed out coil. Recommended membership to get the most out of our services, homeowner said he will think about it. System was running and cooling when I left.
I have completed 2 estimates one in regards to two humidifiers under the house and a pump next to the electrical panel and one for the kitchen island outlet and a plug specifically out front for Christmas lights
On this job I replaced the 12 inch supply duct under a mobile home. The new system is now attached all vents now have supply air.
Upon arrival system was on cool and thermostat was satisfied at 70 Asked homeowner for filters and container of white vinegar Replaced old filter with provided new filter Checked deltas and had a pretty low Delta of 12° but return air was same temp as thermostat ask Checked blower motor and it is in good condition Checked electrical components and all were tight and secure Checked Evap coil and it is clean and in good condition Checked drain line with vinegar and chased it with 2 gallons of water and no back ups Moving to the outdoor condenser unit checked disconnect and it's in good condition and functioning good Flipped disconnect and checked capacitor, in tolerance Took top cover of and checked condenser fan, in good condition Cleaned coils from inside out then rinsed off sides Checked inrush and running amps of compressor and fan, both at our under rated amount Last thing I checked was refrigerant levels and pressures, which I noticed my pressures were good but my subcool was lo
for this job I did a cooling tuneup. Homeowner said not to check the air handler because he did not want to get up and move car out of garage. Requested that I just look at the condenser and clean it. At the condenser refrigerant levels were good. Cap was in tolerance. in rush was just barely over manufacture spec. Washed the coil and system was running and cooling.
7/01/25 For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner told me that the system ran okay when it was not too hot outside but when the temperature gets to the 90s outside it stays pretty much at 78° inside. During the evaluation I went under the home and saw that the duct had multiple holes in it. I recommended replacing the duct homeowner approved and got approved for financing through Goodleap. Hold for parts, black duct 12-in for mobile home was ordered.
Completed cooling tune up all amp draws good changed out dual run capacitor on condenser Freon levels good clean condenser coil drain cleaning clear changed filter temperature split good signing customer up on protection plan
Upon arrival homeowner had concerns of compressor performance and overall system performance Washed condensor and tightened connections Delta 20 - refrigerant levels are within tolerance Unable to attach to Suction port - due to lock cover internals damaged Connections to capacitor are burned and damaged - reccomended repair Reccomended primary electrical control unit - loose high voltage contacts - high vibration Reccomended drain switch Reccomended soft start - lower system Amperage draw on start up Reccomended condensor OEM PSC fan motor - loose rod/bearings Reccomended home and budget protection plan System left on cool Comfort advisor scheduled Monday 06/23/25 After 3pm
For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowner was concerned about water draining on condenser unit. I went through regular checks mechanically and refrigerant parts of the system. No significant abnormalities for noted. I tested the drain lines with two gallons of water, everything was within normal limits. Suspect condensation on suction line due to heat. Delta was a 20. Homeowner specified on concern with heat portion but mentioned it only happened one time, homeowner was told it is not a concern if it has not been a reoccurring issue
Arrived for service eval Main house system Compressor failed and released all refrigerant System for the addition X13 concerned fan motor does not stay on so could not verify refrigerant or compressor status Comfort Advisor Tomorrow at 6pm
