When tech left it started getting warm in here I set air at 70 but it just got warmer right now it is 79 degrees in here.
Was very respectful of property. Knew when he was going to arrive.
I like the service, the detailed pictures of my system tune up, and this is the 2nd year Garrett has been our tech. Companies that retain employees usually have happy employees which leads to better service. Not to mention Garrett is friendly and doesn't try to push sales on you.
Garrett Y , excellent service , very knowledgeable, we were very comfortable with him and made us feel confident that we were getting our furnace checked out correctly and throughly,
Colby checked everything out and confirmed system was in good condition. He was courteous and cleaned everything up before he left. We will always request him as our service tech.

That needs to change , we have other service contractor that come and they give us a morning or afternoon appt time ! We have things delivered and they can give us a morning or afternoon appointment time !
for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Delta was a 23 blower motor is pretty dusty. no water safety. At the outdoor in rush was a little bit high, so I suggested a hard start kit. Everything else was in tolerance. Customer refused all recommestations because he knows a guy. washed up the coil and system was running when I left.
Arrived for AHC - raining system is pretty dusty with some biological growth but otherwise working fine No water safeties Declined all recommendations today
Recall / came out to find low voltage wires knocked loose inside condenser not making connection tightened up all wires unit now working properly Freon levels good unit was not running when last tech was out
For this job, I did a cooling tune up. Replaced air filter had a 17 Delta went out and checked the condenser all electrical components were in tolerance. Gauged up, subcool and superheat levels were correct. Asked customers if they were interested in whole home surge protection.
Arrived for airflow evaluation Ductwork to the sons bedroom and laundry room are undersized Plenum box does not have room for size increase and it's dead headed Ductwork fix offered and declined Declined full duct system Manual damper offered for living room duct through closet 8" size damper and coller Declined today
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace and condenser, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs and running well in both heating and cooling.
Repaired AC feeder. Installed whole home surge protector. Seems that lightning comprised 1 leg of the 240v line. Must have been behind wall or a hidden break. Was able to use the majority of existing circuit and replaced what was needed to the ac disconnect. Customer name is actually Ahlert.
Today I showed up for an evaluation on a heat pump unit where the compressor would not come on and the fan would come on momentarily and shut back off after opening up the unit and taking a look I realized there is only one leg of power making it to the unit went to the main breaker panel and did not find any issues the breaker was not tripped both legs coming out of the breaker were producing 120 volts accumulatively 240 volt so I connected a toner to the wires on the outside and traced the wire all the way through the Attic verifying that there was no junction box or visible brake in the line then I disconnected the wires at the outdoor unit as well as inside the main breaker panel I wire nutted the wires together inside the breaker panel and went outside with my electric meter to test for continuity I was unable to achieve continuity verifying that there is a break in the black leg of power running through that Romex at this point it is something that an electrician needs to come ou
Today I showed up for a warranty tuna checked everything indoor and outdoor the only issues I have to report are the inrush amps approaching manufacturers limitations for the outdoor unit that outdoor unit is surrounded by overgrowth and the coils were severely restricted when I showed up I did wash the coils with water from the inside out however I recommend a deep thorough cleaning after they remove all of that overgrowth I flush the drain line with white vinegar it was flowing freely but looked a little slimy filters were pretty restricted but homeowner did not have new filters for me to change out today made recommendations discussed options homeowner chose not to take any recommendations today left unit running in cool mode
Arrived for STU - rained Filter fine Drains clear Blower and coil clean Heat strips fine Delta fine Condenser coil clean Motors, capacitors, and refrigerant fine Installed IAQ200 upgrade
For this super tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser, for the most part all equipment was measuring with the manufacturers specs with the exception of the compressor over amping on startup. The compressor was pulling 171 amps on startup with a maximum amp draw of 152 amps. With high amps the compressor is working harder than it should and it can cause the compressor to shut down or lockout. I recommend installing either a hard start kit or soft start kit the difference in the two is a hard start kit lowers amp draws by roughly 30% however a soft start kit will lower in Rush amps by 80 to 90%.
Install Amana 2 speed hz heat pump systems 48k for downstairs and 24k for upstairs with high efficiency filtrations and code kits
I have completed a etu and I found that the condition of the electrical panel is in need of a bit of rejuvenation the inside cover has been taken off for some time and there are multiple breakers that aren't of the original brand, but the main concern is the extension cord that goes from under the panel cover to a plug to power the circuit
