Our A/C broke down and we immediately called for service. We were given a same day appointment, on a Saturday, and within two hours the technician arrived and the system was repaired. We were advised when the technician was on his way and his arrival was as stated. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. You could not ask for this situation to go any better.

When tech left it started getting warm in here I set air at 70 but it just got warmer right now it is 79 degrees in here.

I like the service, the detailed pictures of my system tune up, and this is the 2nd year Garrett has been our tech. Companies that retain employees usually have happy employees which leads to better service. Not to mention Garrett is friendly and doesn't try to push sales on you.

Install 2 stage Amana 60k hz heat pump includes high efficiency filtration with uv system, complete duct system redesign, and code kit, client keeping original nest thermostat
Came out for a plumbing evaluation master bathroom toilet was leaking from the bottom this is due to a improperly installed toilet flange that was too high off the ground and lopsided cut out the old one installed a new one reset the toilet and everything is functioning as it should I am pausing this call for payment in the office
Completed tune-up all electrical components good Freon levels good amp draws good filters good unit is 10 years old out of warranty customers having problems with south side of house getting enough air flow went over options as far as duct work possibly upsizing equipment schedule for CA to come out Monday office is calling customer to set up appointment checked unit and AC and heating mode unit is working properly will need to return when customer has new thermostat that they are providing to put in customer has already paid by credit card
Came out for an evaluation homeowner was stating that the heat pump was blowing out cold air upon my arrival the thermostat was satisfied and then some but that was due to the emergency heat kicking in after the heat pump shut itself down for a high pressure switch being tripped this was caused by a severely dirty filter I changed the filter today and recommended a coil cleaning as well as a soft start device for the outdoor system unfortunately we did not make these repairs today homeowner would like to recuperate from recent expenditures and get back with us
Came to house to give quote on swapping out breaker that had tripped and they had an ac tech come out and take a look at it and wanted electrician to come out and look at replacing it but got here and breaker is giving out voltage as it should reset breaker multiple times didn't see any issues with it explain to customer as he was there with me as I was testing it and everything is working so customer did just want to wait and see if breaker goes and trips again and if it does and has an issue then he will call us back out here to replace it Also talk to customer about running a 60 amp circuit from his house all the way to his barn out back which is a 225 ft run and customer is wanting to dig trench and also maybe pay for PVC as well explain that to him and send him multiple quotes over customer does want to do the work about payment plans and customer really wants to look at that so will be emailing him over the financing piece so he can take a look at that
Came out for an evaluation there was no power to the entire system the main breaker in the electrical panel in the garage was semi-tripped and was not feeding power the breaker at this system itself was not tripped and after resetting the breaker all functions came back to normal verified the heat pump itself was maintaining a proper temperature split as well as checked the amp draw on the heat strips I have no indications that there is anything wrong with the system itself this failure is likely due to the age of the panel it is original to the house from the 70s this is being handed over to the electrical division they are scheduled to come out tomorrow to talk about solutions thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Customers were a elderly couple and May have been confused on the lead for the HVAC system they only wanted their electrical system intended to today
On this job I looked at heating pump and em heat. Heat pump test intolerance pipe 100° above ambient temp Em heat each strip pulls 20 amps System could use soft start
On this job I looked at the heating side of the system. Everything test in tolerance. TD is 30° in heat Pipe temp 116 System could use soft start
CE arrived onsite and found customer was having issues with their water heater not relighting. The homeowner had currently been vacant and all utilities (Gas, Water and Electric) had been shut off. After inspecting, we found that the customer's gas meter was still shut off. Only Atmos is allowed to turn the gas meter back on. Without gas we could not relight the heater for customer. We offered to flush the 4 yr old water heater, but customer did not wish to have work done today. Customer also has a toilet in the upstairs bath that will occasionally run. We went over repair and replacement options for the toilet, but customer did not wish to have work done today.
The system was slightly over charged tripping high pressure. Corrected the charge and system is now back online and ready for work.
I have made an estimate for the lightening protection plan that Included surge protection and lightening rods
12/2/25 Replaced restriction n the system compressor still sounds bad and doesn't operate in heat pump. I'm ordering DOA or last resort compressor and reversing valve.
I discovered the system has a restriction at the discharge muffler. I will return to replace it with straight pipe when I have the right size. Pausing the job unit I get some 5/8 copper line
