For this evaluation I should have some customers home and he stated his evaporator coil was freezing up, and blowing hot air. When I put the evaporator coil it had thawed out, however water was seeping into the ground from the ice buildup. Outside at the condenser I had a 24⁰ Superheat, and 9⁰ Subcool with a 31° saturation temperature, indicating a restricted TXV. I spoke to the customer about what I found, however due to some personal issues the financing and payment is not feasible for them right now.
Electrical evaluation. Everything ok. Suggested gfci protecting kitchen. Gave estimate.

I will be returning Friday the 5th to run number 10 wire to the outside unit disconnect
I came out to do a tune up a the system. I've come to find out she needs an electrician to come out and run a circuit for the condneosr. I gave her a new break and it didn't trip when I turned it on but I am missing a leg at the disconnect. I have 240 at the break and 120 at the disconnect. Somewhere under the house the leg goes missing. I'm setting her up to meet an electrian.
