On this job I installed a new easy start device. The system is now back online and ready for cooling. The payment is done thru financing

Pricing on this estimate is to access the double cross fitting for the double lavatories in the master bathroom and cut in a clean out access. Customer is stating that it's a continual problem, both sinks backing up. One of the lavatories has a condensation drain dropping into it, and the cold water algae is causing the drain lines to back up. Comfort Experts will cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the drain lines. We will then cut into the drain lines and remove a section to be able to add the clean out access. We will then pipe in the clean out and test the repair for leaks and proper functioning.
Upon arrival indoor unit was on and outdoor was off Applied power to outdoor and condenser fan motor failed to run Removed top and found fan blade had broken off of motor Recommended both motor and fan blade Outdoor unit disconnect left off and indoor fan left on System down
On arrival drain line was clogged. Ran both primary drain lines to wet stack to ensure there are no further issues.
Performed super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Replaced filter Delta 17 All cooling and heating components are in tolerance Reccomended soft start Reccomended IAQ200 System left on cool at exit
Unit wasn’t running clogged drain line
Install 48k gas hz master bedroom, 42k gas upflow kitchen/main and 48k gas uplfow upstairs all with standard filtration, code kits, duct cleaning x3
On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit clean and in good condition outside of bacterial growth. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up so I recommended a compressor saver kit. Customer declined as of today.
On this job i looked at the cooling side of the sytem. Im happy to report that all componets in cooling test in tolernace. I do recommend an easy start for the outside system. This will reduce the inrush by 75%. Other then this the condensor is washed filter is clean and ssytem is ready for cooling.
Found hockey puck EMT switch activated reset switch did not find any signs of water drains were clear and draining unit now operating correctly
Arrived onsite customer was having some leaking near the tub in the hallway. Inspected issue found crack in tile but also a crack in the tub that needs to be replaced.
Replace 50gal gas water heater in garage & bring up to code
