Tyler was courteous and attentive to questions. He performed an assessment and shared a couple of areas to watch out for or updates that could be considered. We asked for a quote on a potential future project and was pleased with the service call.
Tyler was extremely prompt, very articulate as well. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism

Colby did a great job. Had a bunch of companies look at our system and he seemed honest and trustworthy so we went with Comfort Experts. He gave us a good price and did an exceptional job helping fix our AC problems. Been very happy with the company and will use them again.

On arrival downstairs system unable to heat. Replaced flame sensor and ignitor and it ran as intended. Both furnaces have large amounts of dust due to dust bypassing filter. Outdoor units both overamping on start up and w of uld benefit strongly from compressor saver kits. Will return in March to preform a more cooling oriented visit.
Arrived onsite customer said they had already had a plumber at their home and problem resolved must have been another company.
Today I performed a warranty tune-up on a 5-year-old heat pump system checked everything indoor and out in heat mode and in cool mode flushed the drain line with white vinegar washed the outdoor coils and changed the filter everything on the indoor unit checks out just fine airflow temperature split amp reading on the heat strips blower wheel is clean and drain line is clear however while inspecting the outdoor unit I did find the compressor to be over amping upon startup and this has contributed to the Dual run capacitor falling out of range neighbor also mentioned the compressor makes a loud noise upon startup which I was able to witness today I replaced the Dual run capacitor under warranty advised switching over to the home and budget protection plan so that the homeowner can use the extra visit for a tune-up allowing us to swap the filter twice a year as well as wash the coils instead of once a year also recommended repairs and improvements including a compressor saver kit unfortu
Etu. Multiple issues. Highly recommend 200A service upgrade. Open ground in bathroom gfci, as well as 2 outlets in master bath not protected. 1 outlet near stove needs gfci protection. Customer was not interested in taking care of gfcis. I did email estimates for service upgrade and generator inlet outlet which would require new service upgrade 1st.
For this heating tune-up I inspected the customer's furnace, all equipment was measuring within manufacturer's specs and the furnace went through the sequence of operations with no issues. I highly recommend to the customer adding whole home search protection to protect the electronics of the furnace but also everything else in the home. Additionally I recommend getting a duct cleaning to help with allergies and indoor air quality since they have not had one in the 7 years they've lived in the home.
On arrival system was off. Ran furnace and it ran as intended. Indoor unit mostly clean, significant biological growth in supply plenum. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing.
