I give Colby high marks for both his expertise and his concern for the needs of the customer. I look forward to working with him in the future.
The compressor was repaired quickly once they arrived. House is cooling again. Pleased with the service!!
He was on time very courteous and hard working. He worked in really really hot conditions and never stopped.
Zak was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would prefer that he be the technician that comes out to do all of my quarterly visits.
Arrived promptly, completed the install and had it all cleaned up. No issues and no complaints
Tech was professional and thorough. Removed rodents from the attic which he certainly did not have to do and brought down an old filter which had been left by a previous tech. Was courteous and respectful and wore a mask as requested.
4/20/24 Arrived for service evaluation Replaced filter System may be low on refrigerant will return tomorrow when it's dry to confirm Also found a drip occurring from above the unit Will examine at return visit Plumber visit to be scheduled as I can smell gas leaking from the water heater flex line
For the super tune-up I inspected the furnace and condenser. I'll components are measuring within manufacturer specs. I do recommend a float switch to prevent any water damage or flooding during the summers. Additionally I recommend replacing the UV bulb as it is 3 years old and recommended to replace every year or two.
Wet switch was tripping due to the lid of the condensate pump being off center from the housing allowing water to run out instead of pumping outside of the home re positioned and tested that the pump would drain water correctly Found gas leak at 90 going into the furnace gas valve gave customer the option to re tighten and pipe dope existing sediment trap or replace with new gas pipe customer chose to re tighten and pipe dope
Install 30k upflow coil and condenser keep current filtration includes slab, disconnect, whip, code kit, lineset cover 04/06/24- Daniel and Jani finished install and tried collecting payment but card kept declining. Let the customer know office will be calling later to collect payment
After total inspection of the system. It's condensor coil is clean filter is new and system is in tolerance and ready for cooling. I would recommend a UV system and hard start kit.
Tech arrived at a cooling tune-up. Upon inspection, the customer recently replaced the condenser fan motor and duel run capacitor. The contactor was scorched and audibly buzzing. The refrigerant test indicated malfunctioning TXV. The schader core was leaking on the high side. The indoor coil was rusted. The flame sensor was scorched. The blower area was dirty. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age, condition and price of repairs; it is recommended that the customer speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The customer agreed and the meeting is set for next Wednesday the 27th.
On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 17 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I replaced the hestmstrip contactor under warranty and added a drain treatment strip. When I left the system was running and cooling.
Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The wrong filter was installed. The drain was flowing and bleach was poured. There was buildup in the lines. The blower area was a little dirty. There was minor growth present. The current UV system was not working. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with upgrading the filter and adding a drain treatment strip to help keep the drain system clean. These items were installed and functional. She will call back in for a duct cleaning. The system was working upon departure.

Arrived for STU All components were working Recommend IAQ 200 and compressor saver. IAQ 200 UV is like a breathing treatment for the unit Compressor saver is like taking heart medicine for the unit
Approved by GoodLeap Scheduled for Monday 4th
The heating system is in full tolerance and is young compare to the r22 condensor and coil attached to it. The condensor has 4 psi. I recommend system replacement due to the age and lack of freon.
This system is in tolerance system is partially new. The condensor is younger then the furnace. The system has a hard start kit. And now at this point I added a UV iAQ 200 to improve air quality. This system is ready for cooling.
Upon arrival discovered that indoor board was not operating properly Spoke to customer and set lead for Don S to come out today from 1-3 Money will be going towards new system
