Pricing on this estimate is to access the double cross fitting for the double lavatories in the master bathroom and cut in a clean out access. Customer is stating that it's a continual problem, both sinks backing up. One of the lavatories has a condensation drain dropping into it, and the cold water algae is causing the drain lines to back up. Comfort Experts will cut a hole in the wall to gain access to the drain lines. We will then cut into the drain lines and remove a section to be able to add the clean out access. We will then pipe in the clean out and test the repair for leaks and proper functioning.

On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit clean and in good condition outside of bacterial growth. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but was overamping on start up so I recommended a compressor saver kit. Customer declined as of today.

On this job i looked at the cooling side of the sytem. Im happy to report that all componets in cooling test in tolernace. I do recommend an easy start for the outside system. This will reduce the inrush by 75%. Other then this the condensor is washed filter is clean and ssytem is ready for cooling.
