Great service, Justin was very personable & mindful of keeping my home clean. Worked late to get the job done.
He was very courteous and very professional. He took the time to explain each question I had if we decide to do the service I would definitely choose them.
Very thorough inspection and a reasonable price. The service man discussed options to improve our unit and told us to call if we needed anything. Very happy with the service!
Deven came out in the middle of a storm and got us up and running in about an hour. Friendly and professional.
Technician was polite and answered all my questions. The issue was beyond the scope of what could be expected to be repaired in one visit but all information was well explained and diagnosed.
Needed to fix heating part of HVAC. Could not fix it. Said he would come back at some time in the future when and if needed parts arrive from China. Charged me almost $800. This is the last of multiple problems I’ve had with a system I bought from them and that they installed. Had someone else look at it and it appears it was installed incorrectly and can never be fixed as it is. Everyone I talk to is always really nice, including the service technician, but they can’t or won’t fix my HVAC system.
BRADY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIND THE PROBLEM WITH OUR HEATER
Upon arrival tech talked to homeowner and explained what the system next door is needing Tech started with the airhandler the system is a downflow tech found that the evaporator coil does need a cleaning as well as the blower. Tech found the sh and the sc to be low and due restrictions of the build up on the evaporator coil. Tech cleaned and washed out the condenser. Tech got a high inrush amps draw on the. Compressor and suggest a compressor saver to get the longest life out of the system
Upon, arrival tech found that the system was showing low tech did a leak test and found nothing. Tech did find that the caps were off. Tech added some refrigerant and got the levels to where they are supposed to be for future reference Tech does highly recommend cleaning evaporator coil, blower wheel cleaning as well as uv lamp.

2014 4t closet upflow hp. Wetswitch was not in the proper place, heavy water on the floor of return would have tripped anyways. UV bulb is out. Filter was soaked. Drain was blocked - cleared, homeowner took it upon himself to attach vacuum to the port outside and I poured water in primary pan. Evaporator coil has detectable refrigerant leaks, also a history of freezing. Blower wheel has heavy buildup. Heatstrips come on when set to heat instantly indicating HP refrigerant issues. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturers specifications. Start capacitor is blown. Run capacitor is failing. Primary electrical control contractor is buzzing when pulled in. Homeowner was with me most of the time so I decided to educate on how the system is performing, hazards and general reliability. I was able to get confirmation from parts that the evaporator coil is no longer available. Homeowner agreed, after sitting down and reviewing all video/photo evidences to speak to a CA today 1/29
