Daniel is efficient, competent and friendly. Good thing that he has dogs also and knows how to handle them as he was greeted by 3 of ours when he arrived. They could tell he likes dogs which shows he's smart too. He worked quickly and efficiently and was a pleasure to have him at the house.

For this job we performed an evaluation. The system had a low delta and was low on refrigerant. We found a leak in the evaporator coil and spoke to homeowners about repair vs replacement.homeowners were unsure about which route to take due to finances, homeowner was pre-approved for 20,000. Concerns of lights dimming and brightening and HVAC system not working. Identified power issues from utility. Initial observations: Meter display was blank. Phase A to Neutral feeder was 124 Volts. Phase B to Neutral feeder was 67 Volts. Phase A to Phase B was 127 Volts. After a few minutes, the readings became closer to normal. 123 and 119 from phases to neutral and 242 across phases. This reading only lasted a few minutes, then read 123 volts from phase A to neutral and 0 volts from phase B to neutral. Called power company to open a fault ticket. Homeowner decided to have power company to diagnose power feeder issue. No sparking: arcing, or overheating is observed at this time. Left both air handler breakers and breaker to AC in the OFF position.
For this job I performed a evaluation. All mechanical portions of the system were within normal limits, the Delta and refrigerant was within normal limits. There was biological growth on the wires inside where the blower is I pointed it out to the homeowner and recommended an upgrade from their old UV system to a IQ 200. Arrived onsite customer had a clog in peetrap under sink. Pulled the pee trap removed a lot of chopped up vegetables. Removed and reattached everything working properly.
On arrival 40/5 cap was expanded and reading 0/0. Once replaced system resumed normal cooling.
Performed plumbing tune up. Customer is having no issues at this time. We did find water heatervto be 20 yrs old. Gave estimate to replace. Customer was not interested in repairs at this time

All the filters were dirty so I changed them out.The blower was dirty from the insulation inside where the blower was located I glued it down and cleaned the blower the evaporator coil was dirty recommended cleaning evaporator. coil now clean. The condenser was cleaned The capacitor outside was out of tolerance so I replaced it.
