Upon arrival system was on cool and thermostat was satisfied at 77 Asked homeowner for filters to replace and vinegar to clean drain line Dropped thermostat a few degrees to keep system operating during tuneup Went into attic and changed out air filter and started checking delta Return air was 75 and supply air was 57 for a cooling delta of 18 Removed airhandler panel to expose blower and Evap coil Noticed blower had large amounts of biological growth on the fins and surrounding wires Blower motor itself was still in good condition and blower capacitor was in tolerance Electrical connections tightened and secured Evap coil was clean and in good condition, Txv is present Poured vinegar in the drain line then chased with 2 gallons of water to test drain line and no backups Moved to outdoor condenser unit Checked disconnect, in good condition and I pulled it out to kill high voltage to unit Checked dual run capacitor, in tolerance Electrical contractor in good condition and electrical c

Customer has surge on electricity surge protector on unit got activated customer had already reset breakers and reset system went ahead and checked freon levels to be good capacitor good All systems working
On this job I replaced a cap 45/5under warranty. I also installed a new easy start for the system. The system is pressure is great and is now on and ready for cooling
Today I showed up for an evaluation on a 2-year-old system upon arrival the system was off as soon as I turned it on I tested the drain line as we flushed that on Friday drain line was good to go however when I turned off the breaker to the indoor unit to test the drain line with water I noticed the outdoor unit was continuously running this was due to a welded shut contactor at the condensing unit homeowner opted to replace this after replacing it I ran a few diagnostics on the unit to make sure everything was running as it should be I discovered that the unit was drawing too many amps upon startup and discussed proper maintenance with the homeowner about clearing the area around the unit homeowner decided to get ahead of the game and install a soft start kit to put on the life of her unit upon departure unit was running in cool mode refrigerant levels look great thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Today I've returned to install new compressor under warranty

Found clogged drain clear drain unit now working properly
For this job I did a double tuneup. Noticed that both indoor units have no water safety. Told the homeowner the concern for water damage without one. Homeowner declined the water safety. Homeowner told me that the emergency line was constantly dripping water so I offered him a drain clear which he accepted. At the condensers refrigerant levels look good and capacitors were in check. washed the coil, cleared and repaired drain line. System was running when I left
Found bad run capacitor on condenser changed out capacitor checks freon levels unit operating correctly
Install 42k heat pump closet upflow with high efficiency filtration, uv system and code kit
Upon arrival system was not on Went into attic where air handler was located and noticed I didn't have any high voltage to unit at all. Asked home owner to show me to breaker panel Breaker for AC unit was tripped Flipped breaker and unit was running but had a really low Delta Moved to outdoor unit where I noticed outdoor disconnect was broken/damaged Went inside to flip breaker for condenser unit outside Checked capacitor- was in tolerance Checked contactor and was in good condition Gauged up and noticed suction line had low pressure but high line temp Which led me to diagnose low refrigerant and I started to leak search Found leaks in multiple locations on outdoor condenser both coils and lines Also let home owner know that downstairs unit has issue with condenser fan not turning on at times, which I noticed as I was diagnosing upstairs unit Recommended new condenser coil Recommended leak search and repair Recommended refrigerant refill Recommended new disconnect and whip A
for this job, I did a super tune up on a two system home when I arrived at the thermostat was set to 72 but the temperature in the home was 78. At the air handler I noticed one of the unit units only had an eight Delta. The low pressure line on that unit was frozen indoors and outdoors. Capacitor on blower motor was out of tolerance. Primary drain lines are restricted or clogged. At the condenser, the fridge air unit had a capacitor out of tolerance And a one subcool. The Lennox had a four subcool. At this point, I decided to let the homeowners know the state of their refrigerant and went over all the other concerns as well. I explained that it would be best to have a comfort advisor Come out and talk to them about system replacement. After completing my job, I requested the $150 payment fee and was told that they would not pay the amount due to not topping them off on Freon. I asked politely one more time and went ahead and left.
Found bed 24 amp fuse replaced fuse unit not working properly
