Tune up on 2016 Rheem all electric system checked all components and operation of equipment some biological growth present inside of air handler refrigerant charge is good no compressor protection is present washed condenser recommend upgrade system to heat pump for more efficient operation.
Wrote some recommendations for customer home is not old nothing really urgent. Customer has electrician coming out later today wants to make sure he has nothing on that side if things going on that may need to be addressed before doing any plumbing.

Outdoor was tripped on high pressure lockout. Reset system and checked pressures. Pressures were showing low at this time, indoor air is bypassing Evaporator coil through linser hole and the airhandler door not making proper contact with unit. Per Mark W I will be back tomorrow first call if possible to get equipment to seal the door and linset hole. Under workmanship per Mark W Sealed all air leaks on airhandler door and got Refrigerant charge to correct levels. System is running as should upon leaving

Came to job to look at electrical for water heater. And gave quote to add disconnect. So that it can be up to code and correct
On this job I installed a new cap and hard start kit. He needs to pay by over the phone tomorrow after he gets paid. I took payment for 402.40 today he owes another 402.40 and will pay remaining balance tomorrow.
