Zak is very thorough. His accurate assessment of our AC was spot on providing needed information both now and in the future. Great service tech!
Our tech on the day was Kellen, and we could not have been more satisfied with the man as well as his work. Kellen arrived in a most timely fashion and got right to work diagnosing the issue with our a/c compressor. Turns out the condenser unit was shot (thank you Texas weather) but he got us up and running quickly. He didn't stop there though; he did a thorough inspection on the indoor unit as well. That turned up a couple of issues which we will need to address in future, but Kellen did not try to pressure us into buying anything at this time. He explained what would need to be done and left it to us to decide when, and if, to proceed. No high pressure sales, he just provided the info for us. Even had photos of the actual problem areas so that we could see for ourselves where the problems were. Five stars!

Ryan was great. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem, but I have an issue with the cost of his visit. My issue ac/heat issue was supposedly fixed the day before by Zak, but after he left the problem still persisted so that is why Ryan had to come out. There was a part that needed to be replaced so I had to pay an extra $400 (after my 20% discount) on top of what I paid the previous day. After doing some research, I could of purchased the replaced part online myself for $20 and it took Ryan no more than 10 minutes to install the new part. I think it is utterly ridiculous that this fix was $400. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

On arrival system running and cooling. Drain line clogged causing drip. Removed line and snaked and washed it out. System drained with no issues once reassembled.
07/15/24 TS- customer wanted a quote on toilet bidet sprayer, not seat. Shower handle diverter is leaking and needs to be replaced. Because of the brand it might not be possible to find the parts in a suitable time. Quoted for replacing whole wall faucet for shower chrome
This is a over 20 year old system r22. Currently has all of it freon. The system has been washed throughly out side and the filters are clean. The td is 20. Some issues I found during the tune up include air leakage at the plenum and coil. This does the system no good to cool the attic. Another issue was the p trap is not glued and comes apart easily. This could end up being big time water damage for the home owner. The system is well maintained but repairs need to be done right. I would also recommend replacing the condensor contactor and fan motor. The contactor is in bad shape and can go out any day the fan motor is not freely spinning as it should. Please have these issue addressed before they go out so you don't experience down time.
The system is running high head pressure. The system is clean and recently washed bye the home owner. The house is beer bones and could use some insulation. This would greatly help the system with head pressure and could see it live a little longer.

2013 3 ton hp closet upflow. System down upon arrival. Condenser capacitor fan failure. Replaced. System functional. Heavy biological growth present on indoor. No manufacturers warranty left from goodman. Homeowner uses A1Air, when asked why he chose us he said because they didn't pick up the phone. ARS rescue rooter was there when I arrived. Homeowner just spent $17k slab leak repair. I was gentle with my approach in telling them that the next time I visit we'll have to talk about a new system, but for now a membership and a 40/5 dual run capacitor will have to do. Left system in cooling 76.
