Colby was my tech and my situation was different my previous ac tech from another company took my blower motor a week ago and never came back to fix it replace it. So I called Comfort today and they were able to get someone out here fast, but was unable to help due to my blower not there but Colby was able to get a great price with discount and explained everything to me. There was no issues with the system it just went into defrost this morning and the smoke was just steam from the coil heating up I tested defrost control board and defrost board is working system is heating

Today I showed up for an evaluation on a gas furnace unit that Services the bedrooms upon my arrival the homeowner stated that they couldn't see numbers on the thermostat and the system was not running and Heating this thermostat is located in the master bedroom upon inspection the thermostat had 24 volts across R to C but was not sending the signal back to the furnace to turn on double checked all the work I did the other day as well as all low voltage connections and the 5 amp fuse on the circuit board everything was working upstairs leaving me to condemn the thermostat the homeowner chose to replace that through us today set it to run without a schedule and left it in heat mode thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
The filter was already changed very clean. Blow had very little dust. All safes are working, and the inducer within tolerance. amperage is within intolerance. The capacitor outside was within intolerance. all wire connections are tight system at factory specs.
Today I returned to complete Rec work for both gas furnace units on the bedroom system I installed a new Aprilaire filter base with filter sealed up everything with tape and Mastic as well as replaced the safety drain switch on the other unit I sealed up a gap in the plenum to the unit left both systems running in heat mode everything was operational when I left thank you for choosing Comfort Experts
On this job I checked both heating and cooling. The thermostat doesn't have an em heat setting. I did bring this to Amy's attention. Other then this the system is in tolerance on both sides. I did install a new easy start to help the compressor with inrush.
For this heating tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser, overall the system was running well with no issues. Customer only has about four and a half inches of insulation in the Attic so I highly recommend adding insulation to help with energy costs and run time of his system. Also recommend adding whole home surge protection and a compressor saver as his system is 6 years old and keeping amp draws low on startup is essential to the longevity of his heat pump.

I was here for a super tune up the blower was a little dirty the evaporator coil was clean and the delta was with range condenser capacitors was within tolerance all components amperage’s were within range condenser was cleaned and I advised the customer not to put a tarp on the top of the condenser
12/30/24 Arrived onsite cannot get the handle off for the tub valve. Customer is calling delta to have a new handle shipped to him through warranty. Will call us back once handle arrives so I can get handle off to rebuild faucet.
Today I performed a heating tune-up for two gas furnace units 11 years old and one 12 years old upon arrival the unit that Services the bedrooms was cycling itself off tripping the high limit switch this was due to an excessively dirty 1 inch air filter on that same unit there was a broken drain switch on the opposing unit with the larger filter the only issue I found was a gap in the supply plenum to the coil made recommendations to the homeowner and they have chosen to replace the drain switch reseal the plenum and install a new Aprilaire filter base the base is being ordered measurements are in the photos the base is for the unit that Services the bedrooms once this part comes in I will return to do all the work at once they have also opted for a plumber to come out free of charge and take advantage of our current water heater flush special this appointment has been scheduled with a plumber for Monday the office should be confirming with the homeowner during my tune up I changed the
