Colby was my tech and my situation was different my previous ac tech from another company took my blower motor a week ago and never came back to fix it replace it. So I called Comfort today and they were able to get someone out here fast, but was unable to help due to my blower not there but Colby was able to get a great price with discount and explained everything to me. On this job I found a out of tolerance cap and a tripped core sense. I replaced under warrenty. I recommend an easy start to help the system with these type of issues as well as inrush. System has great freon pressure. It is now back online and cooling
Arrived onsite customer has a water heater not getting the full capacity to home but still working. Wrote multiple options for customer to get water heater replaced, Customer had to talk to wife and i will follow up with him tomorrow.
