Mike was prompt, quick to answer all questions, and did all work without unnecessary messiness or noise. He made me aware of changes or upgrades he would recommend at a level that was easy to comprehend.

I have replaced a light in the utility room and 2 in the kitchen as well as given an estimate for 3 other lights
For the evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and they stated their unit shut off last night but would periodically come back on and then shut off again. When I got in the Attic check the flow switch and there was water inside causing the float switch to trip. I flushed the dry line with compressed air and attempted to suck out the clog with my vacuum however there was a rubber piece that would not come out. I cut that section of the p-trap out and replace it and if I'm doing so the drain line was clear. I left with the system cooling and temperature set to 80°
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and he stated last night the unit stopped blowing cold air and gradually got warmer. At the condenser I was getting a 04 fault indicating locked rotor this system has a hard start on it, and needed a new one as the capacitor was dead. I talked to the customer and explained why the hard start is good to have and the benefits and he decided to let me put a new one on. Once I did that the system fired up and was blowing cold air. I left the temperature set to 72° the thermostat and blowing out at 65°.
Will be returning on Tuesday the 23rd to install 3 new lights
07/15/24 TS - could not check the master bathroom at this time. The kitchen sink head leaks out of the button sprayer. Quoted too replace kitchen faucet
Today I installed a 45 5 capacitor on a 2019 goodman system. After that we got him set up for a double home and budget plan for his 2 systems. I recommend a soft start for both out side units. And in the future some uv lights for both airhandlers.

For this evaluation I'll show up to the customer's home and she stated her unit was making a loud humming sound and the fan motor would try to turn on and then turn off. When I went out there the capacitor was good however the fan motor was pulling 2.5 amps with a 1.4 FLA and the compressor was pulling 25 amps with a 20 RLA. I talk to the customer about the cost of repairs versus replacement however due to their financial situation they do not believe they are able to afford a new system.
