For this job I performed a heating tune-up. No significant abnormalities were noted during inspection within the heating elements of the unit. I didn't know that the homeowner had a UV bulb out of tolerance on a germicidal UV system. I offered replacing the UV bulb, upgrading UV systems to the iaq200 that also purifies air, and also replacing a drain pan that has severe corrosion inside of it. Homeowner did not commit to any work at the moment, I stated I would leave the estimates as open for reference in case they wanted to have any work done later down the road. For this call I performed a super tune-up. All components within the unit were running within normal limits at the time of inspection. I noted that the home does not have any type of surge protection, and homeowner let me know they have not had a plumbing inspection for water heater in a while. I offered to have an electrician come and do a check on their breaker panel and install whole home surge protection. I also offered to have a plumber do an inspection on the water heater. Homeowner stated they would have to look at their schedule and speak with their spouse and call back when they are ready to have any of the two things done. We upgraded the membership homeowner was on a copper 20% membership we upgraded to home and budget protection plan to include savings on both plumbing and electrical visits. For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowner stated that they don't believe the system has any issues but wanted a general look over the four the winter storm. No significant abnormalities were noted during the inspection aside from over amperage at startup. I offered a surge protector to protect the unit in case of power surge during the storm, a compressor saver to lower the initial amp draw or a soft start device to work as surge protection and lower amp draw all in one. Homeowner did not commit to having any work done at the moment and stated they would think about it. I left the estimates as open estimates for the homeowner to have as reference if they ever decide to go ahead and move forward with an installation. For this job I performed a super tune-up. All components within the unit were working with the normal spec limits. The unit did have a UV bulb out of tolerance and I didn't know that the home has severely low insulation. I made estimates for a UV bulb replacement, a UV upgrade, and several different estimates for different amounts of insulation to be added to the home. Homeowner was very interested and insulation being added but stated they will need to wait until better weather comes to go ahead and commit to having it done. Came to job to do electrical inspection and talked to customer about multiple things like finding a new panel cover for her panel since there is not one and also fixing the doubled and tripled up neutrals and putting a 2-in bushing to cover up all the wires coming into the panel also talk to about adding a surge protector to cover every electrical equipment in our house and also talked about doing a panel change in case we couldn't find a panel cover and if she did just want to upgrade it
Today I rewired a thermostat. The system is now back online and ready for work

Came to job to look at breaker tripping and found that there is a break in the wire going from one plug to the other but think that there are rodents in the attic chewing through them as I was trying to mess with the circuit I tied it back in and immediately heard rodents in the attic screaming like they got shocked but was able to get four out of five plugs working and the one wire will have to be replaced and gave quote for customer to do that but definitely need to have somebody come look at rodents in the attic before but could also have other damaged parts of wire once we get up there and take a look
1/7/26 Came to house and no one is here tried knocking ringing doorbell and also calling but phone is not even ringing
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling and the same time because the thermostat is shorted out make both heat and cooling come on. She does not want to replace the thermostat today. System test is out of tolerance. Super subcool was fine at 7 super heat 30
For this job I performed a super tune up. I noted the unit was overamping at startup over LRA rating on data tag. I reccomended a compressor saver to medigate the issue. I have installed a new circuit for her washer dryer combo I also talked to her about possibly replacing her electrical panel as it is old the breakers inside of the panel just aren't the correct brand and they fit very roughly and it's all in aluminum but she was not interested at this point in time
For this job, I work on a super tuneup on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed completely. Adding on, and the outside condenser, the compressor was over amping, customer was notified and was recommended a micro airsoft soft start device. Customer understood the benefits however she rejected because she's only using furnace right now, customer mentioned that she will call the office whenever she is ready to add the soft start device.
