Mark did an excellent job. HVAC tune-up. Very professional. Good customer interaction.
Riley was not only professional but very helpful in his role as a technician.
Mark our technician was a very helpful guy. Showed complete respect and was very educational as he went through the process with us.
I am always thankful for the expertise and knowledge of professional men who are kind and answer questions. Thank you Ian!
Tyler has been here before, twice when we had electrical failures. This time he came out to resolve issues that had not yet become apparent. He opened up @40 plugs and @20 switches to confirm the wires were properly attached and tight. Found loose wires in every room. We sleep better now.
We were having problems with two circuits in our house, they just suddenly quit working. Tyler located the problems, loose terminal connections. He then checked every plug on the circuit and found additional loose connections. One of the plug receptacles needed to be replaced and he completed that task as well. Excellent work, very knowledgeable.
Had a problem with 2 different circuits not working. Tyler located the problem (loose wires at two different electrical outlets). Very strange since this home is only 18 months old. I wonder how many other outlets are waiting to fail? This could have taken hours but Tyler took care of the problem quickly. Excellent work.
Tyler Lawyer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. It is a new house so he found no problems. He did tighten some of the main panel circuit screws and explained that sometimes the screws become loose from movement/temperature fluctuations.
Mark took his time assessed where problems came from, got back up and going with minimal impact to family when he had a long day
Ian was on time and did a great job flushing and doing annual maintenance on our Rheem tanked water heater.
Scheduling could have been better, waiting from 10 A to 5 P was unacceptable. A text the morning of service narrowing the time to 2 hrs would have been better. Justin was great.
No Smoke. Wanted evaluation of solar monitor failure and burn smell. That's what I got. No Fake, NoGuess, called for backup to avoid making it worse by " fiddling" as others sometimes do. Appreciate the honest timely facts. Team having to research solution though.
Came to job for membership visit and checked everything and explained everything to customer and informed him on surge protection and what it does and he might do it in the future
Heating tune up performed today on a straight electric furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Replaced draft inducer motor under P&L warranty. Performed function check. System operating properly at time of departure.
11/1/24 Indoor blower will not shut off appropriately per the commands of the tstat. When gaining access to indoor unit (completely against code unfortunately) I found a relay in-between the tstat wires but was not able to safely follow wiring to investigate. Brian H has history at this home, I called for help and he asked to have this call put on him 11/6/24. System still heats and cools.

Downflow propane furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2010. System is clean. Filters are changed regularly. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Gas pressure, igniter and heat exchanger are all in working order. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. A panel mount surge protector was installed on the main panel outside. An electrician has been scheduled to meet with the customer on the 19th of this month to discuss adding a grounding rod and possibly upgrading from 100amp service to 200amp service and getting everything up to code.
Upon arrival techs were shown to the air handler as well as the condenser. Techs started with the condenser we got our amp draws as well and the inrush amps the inrush amps was at 144. And the running amps on the compressor was at 10. The running amps on the fan motor was 1.5. The capacitor and contractor both gave good readings and looked good. Once done with the readings techs took the top of the condenser and washed the unit and waxed the unit. Then tech hooked up the gages and went inside tech started with the deltas the return was at 71 and the supply was at 61. The blower was in good condition. The evaporator coil was also clean everything was working properly. The blower motor was an ecm and we had a txv. Techs suggested a compressor saver to help with the high inrush amps.
