For this job I worked on both heating and cooling sides of the system. Everything appeared to be working within normal limits. Recommended soft start kit due to over amperage on system startup. Owner declined soft start kit today and will contemplate having it done at a later time
On this job I looked at the cooling side of the system. I washed conde sor coil and changed filter. The system checks out in tolerance. It is a new system and I do recommend putting an easy start o. Them to increase longevity.
Arrived onsite and performed inspection for customer. Made some recommendations, ran sewer camera through main double cleanouts in front yard. Line under home is good no issues found there.

Arrived onsite customer directed me to the shower valve in master bathroom was not getting hot enough. Went ahead and took apart valve and adjusted the scold guard on it. Everything working properly now.
For this evaluation I should have to the customer's home and the furnace that serves the main area of the house, the thermostat was saying no power to our indicating that there was no power to the furnace. I got up in the attic and verified with my meter there was no power to the disconnect or furnace. Upon checking the electrical panel for the house the breaker was tripped, after resetting the breaker power was restored and a system started working.

The system cut out on L2 hpco. This is due to clogged filters and poor air flow. The system is now back online and heating.
