Today I performed the first year tune-up on a heat pump system checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and in cool mode everything test within manufacturer specifications I have no issues to report the only recommendation I have for them is some search protection to protect these fine units that they have purchased homeowner expressed her interest but did not want to pull the trigger today estimates will be emailed over should they choose to call us back thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Returned and installed new coil. Also added auxiliary motor starter to upstairs system that had recently failed. Pulled vaccum under 400 microns and system passed decay test. Recharged up to an 8-9 degree subcool. Both systems cooling as I left.

On arrival downstairs condenser was shut off due to low pressure. Was able to run system long enough to get a high side saturated temp of 76 and a line temp of 76 for 0 degrees of subcooling. Pausing call due to time of night, please send me back tomorrow first call if possible to complete his scheduled tuneup and further diagnose the refridgerant leak. Returned and found leak in evaporator coil. Pausing call, please order coil.

Today we showed up for a complimentary evaluation on a 22-year-old gas furnace servicing the upstairs of the home found the pressure switch to be stuck open not allowing Heat to turn on during my evaluation I had concerns about the age and condition of the unit looked at the second unit for the downstairs and it is 23 years old discussed repair versus replacement with the homeowner she would like to sit down with a comfort advisor free of charge this appointment is set for next Saturday the 17th 9:00 a.m. to 12 bracket
For this job I worked on both heating and cooling sides of the system. Everything appeared to be working within normal limits. Recommended soft start kit due to over amperage on system startup. Owner declined soft start kit today and will contemplate having it done at a later time
On this job I looked at the cooling side of the system. I washed conde sor coil and changed filter. The system checks out in tolerance. It is a new system and I do recommend putting an easy start o. Them to increase longevity.
Arrived onsite and performed inspection for customer. Made some recommendations, ran sewer camera through main double cleanouts in front yard. Line under home is good no issues found there.
