Performed cooling tune up Washed condensors and tightened connections Replaced both filters Delta 20 All cooling components are in tolerance Reccomended easy start kits for systems - brings down high LRA amperage of 156 and 122 85 -90% - learns systems amperage and voltage to tune system on safest and lowest possible settings for optimum performance - allows saved amperage to not affect running amperage of home Reccomended - 26 3/4 x 54 attic tent size - keep attic heat from seeping through door to affect thermostat Systems left on cool at exit
For this super tune-up I inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. The system is over 9 years old and has some components like the contactor that need to be replaced. The compressor is overamping by 11 amps on startup so a start kit is necessary. Additionally she has no water safety on her drain line and I highly recommend she have that installed. Customer will think about recommendations and give us a call if she wants to move forward with repairs. Jerred is scheduled to come out Friday 18 April to look at the customers water heater, the nipples for the water supply are extremely corroded and rusted.

For this evaluation the customers main system had started leaking water through the ceiling. The float switch had come out of the housing and did not trip when it was supposed to so all the water was coming out of the float Switch into the floor of the attic and through the ceiling. I talked to the customer about his options and he wanted to go with clearing the drain line from under the sink for now and adding pan strips. I cleared the drain line and installed the float switches and poured roughly 5 gallons of water down the line with no issues. Please book Ryan S to come out Friday first call to look at the customers master closet light fixture and daughters electrical outlet
For this super tune-up I inspected the customers air handler and condenser. Overall most equipment was measuring within manufacturer specs with the exception of the compressor overamping on startup. I recommend installing a hard start kit sooner rather than later as that will reduce the amp draws on startup, in turn extending the life of the compressor. Please book Zak to come out for an air quality/air flow assessment.
Tune up on 2012 Goodman gas system checked all components and operation of equipment checked charge and cleaned condenser. UV bulb needs to be replaced customer stated blower noise in a few rooms could not reproduce noise found blower capacitor low changed blower capacitor.
Installed 6KW heat kit
