Left disconnect off by mistake at previous visit. Just turned disconnect back on.
Ran sewer machine through. Lea out for kitchen sink cleared stoppage. Ran water and everything free clearing everything draining properly.
I did complete cooling tune up and recommended compressor saver
Performed plumbing inspection customer just had home remodeled recently. Made recommendation to install a new water filtration system. Customer said she will talk to husband about possibly getting done. Customer will let us know if she wants to get it done after talking to husband.
Performed inspection wrote recommendation she said she will call us when she’s ready gonna buy a new toilet and have it here for us to install when she calls back.
Arrived at eval Customer had another company come out and say her fan is the issue I confirmed the issue but the out door fan is also out of tolerance Related information to customer Pre approval denied Will probably pay either with own loan or cash
7/2/24 Pausing call, I need a return visit as the 16-25 filter for April Aire upgrade was actually 28 inches long. Will have new filter and measure at meeting Friday before scheduling return visit.

06/18/24 TS- few issues found, tub upstairs needs a new drain. Quoted for a new sink faucet installed. Found what appears to be a small leak behind the kitchen sink on the outside wall. No signs of water leaking from the drain under the cabinet. So a repair would entail opening the wall below the kitchen sink to inspect the 2" pvc drain line

Performed plumbing inspection on home and made some recommendations customer said he will let us know if he wants anything done.
On arrival systems were running and cooling producing adequate deltas. Indoor units had dust bypassing the filter causing the evap coils and one blower to get dusty. Drain lines flowed when flushed. Both systems had biological growth in them. Recommended upgrading the surface cleaning uv system currently installed to an iaq 200 that will clean airflow as well as surfaces. The outdoor units passed all electrical testing but both compressor savers were over amping on start up. Recommended compressor saver kits to address this and extend the life of both the capacitors and compressors. When I left both systems were running and cooling.
