Today I showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection checked everything indoor and out hose bibs tankless water heater all faucets and drains found a couple of concerns one of them being the tankless water heater has not been descaled since it was replaced 5 years ago there is a buildup of corrosion currently underneath it there was a leak underneath the right bathroom sink in the master bathroom I repaired that today as well as unclogged the Jack and Jill sink upstairs discussed the home and budget protection plan with them and the benefit that it's provides they would like to think about it unfortunately I'm at a loaner van and did not have paper copies to hand to them today they would like to know if the office can email them the information so they can review it thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Eval- Contactor failed. Replaced, it turned on automatically
For this evaluation the customers system had stopped cooling. We started at the outdoor and it was throwing a 04 Open Start Circuit fault. The capacitor was good however the hard start was busted. We replaced the hsk Under warranty and after resetting the system it kicked on and started cooling.
I have given an estimate to replace 3 ceiling fans all at 10 feet
