for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Let the customer know that he has water safeties on the drip pan, but I recommend them on the primary insulation looked good and everything else was up to code. Good Delta on both systems. Outdoors The downstairs compressor had a very high inrush. Recommended a hard start kit for the downstairs unit. Suggested a membership plan. Homeowner declined both and said he will think about it.
For this job I provided the customer with an estimate to install a new electric water heater. Sent the estimate to the customer, she stated she needs to go over finances. Then she will let us know about the install.
For this job, we cleared out the ptrap, cleaned the main drain line, and cleaned the urinal
Quoted two 36k units for home customer will discuss today to make a decision
Today I showed up for a two system evaluation the systems are different ages for the most part everything is just under 20 years old however a condensing unit and a slab coil has been installed on one system attached to the air handler the overall condition of these units is poor the one that has been Frankenstein together is severely low on refrigerant the older one that still runs on r22 needed a new capacitor and a coil cleaning just to get it running but has its own issues as well indoor there is a large puddle of oil underneath the unit after talking with the homeowners it was their decision to sit down and talk with a comfort advisor in order to discuss replacement options this appointment needs to be set for Monday morning please call and confirm with the homeowners as it was too late to get confirmation from the office myself

Performed evaluation Upon arrival system was off Homeowner expressed concern over thermostat loss of power and unit clicking Found primary drain line to be clogged Poured water from coil drain pan - water failed to have acceptable drainage - water held in place Performed drain clear and installed microbial treatment strip Operated system and system functionality is normal Reccomended compressor saver kit - blown seal - not our company installed component Reccomended home and budget plan Reccomended dual run capacitor - out of tolerance System left on cool at exit
For this job I came to give a free duct cleaning estimate to the customers, the system has dust build up on the blower wheel and inside the plenum and ductwork. There is bacterial growth developing inside the supply plenum so I would also recommend adding a UV system in conjunction with a duct cleaning. I gave the customer estimates for a level 1 and level 2 duct cleaning.
On arrival system not draining properly. Added vent after p trap under trailer and it began draining properly.
During this visit I looked at both heating and cooling. I replaced comdemsor fan motor contactor and 55 cap. I washed and cleaned condnsor coil and changed filter. System is half new. Running goodman air handler and with r22 condensor. Hes not ready for replacement at this time. But wants to note that he also needs water heater when he's ready for condnesor change out.
Today I showed up for a warranty super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and in cool mode everything tested within manufacturers specifications no true issues to report I did discuss a few upgrade recommendations with the homeowner however he decided not to go with any of these today
