Came out for an evaluation found breaker trip at the main panel checked everything indoor and out all connections are tight and amp draw within normal range Turning this over to an electrician likely to replace breaker but after his own assessment
Came out for an evaluation customer had concerns about the outdoor unit found several issues indoor and out most of which have been brought to their attention before unfortunately it is too much for them to move forward with at this time she would like to review everything with her husband and get back with us did offer a complimentary visit with a comfort advisor however she is unsure of her husband's schedule
Find water line in slab Water heater permit Will return tomorrow to repipe water line the water lines for the house and replace the water heater. Will be returning tomorrow to do the work
Today I discovered a bad damper system also has a bad ignitor. I'm replacing ignitor this is covered by p and l I'm ordering a new damper and will be back to fix this when the parts arrive.

Came out for a plumbing evaluation pipe leading to the hose bib blew off out of a fitting had to cut open the brick wall in order to gain access to make the repair went back with a frost-free hose bib the original hose bib was a custom cut piece of pipe as far as the frost-free hose bibs go I had a 4-in and a 6-in option the 4-in was too short for the brick to be replaced and the 6-in caused the hose bib to stick out just a little bit more than before however everything is insulated both on the pipe and I added pink fiberglass insulation around the whole area and made sure that everything is covered as best as possible to get through the rest of this winter weather before she gets a stonemason to put the bricks back
Came out due to downstairs system not heating correctly, found the gas valve shut off in the attic not allowing emergency heat to come on therefore locking out the heating. Opened the valve and tested heat, system came on and worked fine at this time. Found the capacitor out of tolerance, H/O wanted to leave system as is. Need dishwasher checked out tomorrow on 1/27
The system em heat does not engage due to a burnt out contactor. The heat pump kicks on but best it can do for pipe temp is 90° the system has a hard start kit on it keeping it alive. They are talk to ca tomorrow about replacement at noon.
1/27/26 Water leak in wall Fix pipe on outside wall Fixed water leak on outside wall of master bathroom. Will need to return in a week at our earliest convenience to put outside wall on and insulate line. I talked to customer about home and budget plan did not want no part of it I tried several times customer did not want it. Will need to look at toilet in main hall when we return
90 percent furnace in attic dirty filter causing excess temp rise and uninsulated drain line icing up slowing drain

Nothing is wrong with unit unit is operating correctly customer is hearing unit going to defrost so me and Jared told her to keep it in emergency heat she messed with the thermostat and took it out of emergency heat so I put it back into emergency heat unit is working customer refuses to pay service fee
For this call I performed two out of three super tune-ups. One of the units did not have a functional thermostat and I was not able to do the tune-up due to the fact. I offered installing homeowners thermostat, they opted to call Vivint because they are the ones that installed the faulty thermostat. I spoke with homeowner about condition of the older two units they are carrier brand made in 2008 because they expressed their concern for their high utility bills. I advised owner it is likely due to the old unefficiency of the units that they are using probably original to the home I offered a comfort advisor to come and give them a energy audit of how much they are actually spending on the two older units and give estimates for replacements for both older units. Homeowner did state that they have solar energy that is not functional and that the company that installed the solar panels went bankrupt. I let homeowner know that our comfort advisor could also offer a solution for their solar
