I received a technician at my house within about 45 minutes of calling. He couldn’t have been nicer or more patient with all of my questions.
Danial A. took care of a temperature issue (not meeting desired temperature) that had been an issue. He demonstrated excellent troubleshooting skills and would not give up until the issue had been identified. Although a not so easy issue to determine, his focus and determination resulted in properly identifying a circuit board issue. Upon quick receipt of a replacement circuit board, Danial returned and replaced the bad circuit board. Again, he was just as thorough as before ensure that the system was operating properly and meeting the desired temperature. Throughout troubleshooting and repairing our system, Danial A. provided updates of progress and answered numerous questions. My wife and I are extremely happy with the final results! For future servicing, we'll definitely request Danial A. as our technician.

Today we showed up for a complimentary plumbing inspection. Upon arrival homeowner stated they had a high water bill. When checking the meter the digital meter was still spinning as no water was being ran. There were no toilets in the house running, no stop dripping, and both hose bibs were good. Homeowner has previously had work done to the yard line, and some repairs in the master bathroom. I was able to isolate the hot side of the water system, and the meter was still spinning. The homeowner would like to go through with our leak locate, we will have to return with the proper equipment, the office will just need to call and schedule the next available day. For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival thermostat was set to 74 and it was reading 78 in the house. When catching up to the unit and checking deltas I concluded that the system was very low on refrigerant. We spoke over investing in repairs or a new system due to current systems age. Homeowner and daughter requested a comfort advisor to give an estimate for a new system. I charged the system with refrigerant for the meanwhile to keep the house cool and scheduled a comfort advisor to go between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.on 6/17/25.
On this job I discovered a dirty filter that hasn't been changed in all year 20×20×1. These are 3 months filters System pressure is as it should be
During my last visit I discovered the system had no freon in the system at all. After searching the system for a leak I could not find one in the condensor or evap coil. Are search indicates the leak is in the line set. This was more then likely due to the roofers puncturing the line with a nail. This is a very common and is something I see all the time. Cheryl told me that the system was working fine up to the point where the roofers had compelted there work. At which point she called us because the system was down.
Today I performed a cooling tune-up. No significant abnormalities were noted during inspection I did recommend a hard start kit because there is not one installed on the system, for longevity purposes. I also recommended a membership in general for annual maintenance benefits and discounts. No further suggestions were made, thank you for choosing for experts have a great day!

6/3/25 Installed the correct sidewall grilles for the living and dining room. Returning to install manual dampers 3x 12" manuel damper 2x 10" manuel damper 1x 9" manuel damper Customer is interested in financing insulation, talking to Rob G to see if we can add to their existing Goodleap funding. Will follow up when we come back out to install manuel dampers.
Temperature probe in supply is out of range causing the outdoor system to shut off prematurely and causing indoor temp to rise. Left temperature probe out and system never shut off. Need to order new temp probe for supply. Control board may have intermittent relay issue as well, unclear till probe is replaced EWC ULTRA-ZONE NCM-300 SUPPLY TEMP PROBE

6/15/25 Pausing call will return Friday first call, client is leaving for vacation and will return later next week. Evaporator coil completely frozen preventing full leak search. Found no leaks at condenser or field welds. Will return and leak search further. Disabled system to prevent anymore damage to system.
Found failed compressor cap. Replaced cap and installed compressor saver. Left with system cooling
