Quick and Effective Service

The person who answered the phone (at midnight!) was polite, helpful and got us scheduled for the next day. Mark came out in the afternoon and was kind, professional and fixed the problem right away. He earned a customer for life!

Great Technician!

I've been with Comfort Experts for years now. They're a good company. My loyalty should speak for itself. Now, the technician, Tyler Lawyer, was great. He was thorough, yet quick at efficient. He was professional. He didn't try to up sale no bs to me for the company's gain. I was refreshingly surprised. He made a couple of suggestions that wasn't branding the bank if I wanted to take them for action. Tyler was a good Dude.

Zak and Angel were great. Zak has been the best technician I’ve ever had come out to my house. He was very friendly and answered every question I had. Zak explained what was going on with my A/C unit and recommended things that I needed to do, but never once pressured me or made me feel like I had to make any decisions today. I can’t recommend Zak enough!

Upon arrival Customer showed vent where water was dripping and causing slight damage to ceiling. Went to airhandler and found main drain was full and float switch was not shutting system off. Found where Primary drained into bathroom sink, ran sink water and sink filled up quickly indicating that main problem is in main drain of sink. Talked with customer about getting plumber out, Customer stated henwouldnuse his plumber. As for drain switch found float was defective, replaced float switch

On arrival system was running but not cooling. Found the system with a subcool of 4 and a low side saturated temp of 30 indicating low refridgerant. Recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement before investing large amount of money into repairs. Comfort advisor visit scheduled for 10-12 tomorrow.

Upon arrival secondary was full of water activating glost switch Drain was not clogged found drain pipe was bumped and not sitting properly adjusted and drain worked fine After system started up I checked refrigerant levels and found it was a little low, no leaks found added 15oz of refrigerant System is on and operating efficiently

Arrived for a cooling tune up on the upstairs unit found collapsed blatter on the return air duct as well as the furnace control board showing signs of strain the outdoor unit was over amping upon startup of the compressor customer accepted our recommendation for a compressor saver kit after the install it brought the LRA down from 130 amp to 13 amp

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. The system was not cooling, when I went to the outdoor unit I found that the auxiliary motor starter for the unit had failed. I replaced it under warranty P&L. I shared my findings and repair with the homeowner. System was cooling when I left.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. Homeowner stated that the system makes a clunking noise whenever the indoor unit turns off, however today the system had not been making the noise. I could not get the system to make the noise the homeowner was talking about and attempted 4 times to replicate the event. I opened the indoor unit and inspected the blower fan cabinet, I found nothing wrong or loose. I informed the homeowner that since I cannot replicate the event there is nothing I can do today.

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. I started indoors and noticed that the insulation is compacted down. I replaced the filter. The return plenum and ductwork was extremely dusty and in need of cleaning. The blower wheel had heavy dust buildup. The coil was heavily corroded and I found a leak in the coil. The drain line was clogged and the emergency drain pan was completely filled and severely rusted posing a potential flood risk. Outside my guages also showed that the system was low on refrigerant. The compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range. The auxiliary and primary motor starters were both in good condition. I washed and waxed the outdoor unit. I shared my findings with the homeowner and shared how thr clogged drain line and rusted drain pan both pose a flood risk to the home. I advised she talk to a Comfort Advisor for a system replacement given the age of the unit and all the repairs needed. She declined at this time but would lik

On this job I inspected the equipment for the cause of system failure. The condnsor is slightly dirty but didn't cause high head pressure. Cap tested in tolerance the contactor still in good shape. The air handler has a slimline drain switch but lines are clear. So today I replaced thermostat because it was the only part of the system that's old and outdated. This is a thermostat he bought I just installed it. Please email him a member ship form so he can read it over.
