Awesome service

It was later in the afternoon when Mike arrived and rain was on the way. It felt to me that he had had a long day. It didn't make a lick of difference to him. Mike was kind and professional. Got right to work and did what he needed to do. He offered suggestions and services in a professional manner and was on his way. Thermorstat and Parts installation

Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Will for sure be using Mike and Ryan for future HVAC services.

HVAC Service

Had a issue with my furnace not heating, contacted Comfort Experts. The next day they sent a HVAC Tech to inspect my system. Mike Robles right away identified the issue, provided clear and detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Mike checked my systems warranty and parts availability. A estimate was provided and when to expect the part to be installed. Mike was a pleasure to meet and has a professional and honest attitude. The cost service and repairs was reasonable and fair.

12/3/25 Today I returned for recwork of replacing two toilets installing a garbage disposal and replacing a hose bib one toilet the garbage disposal in the hose bid are all installed however I ran into issues with the subfloor and a previous remodel repair in the hall bathroom preventing me from installing the new toilet in a stable manner homeowner has opted to have us remove and replace a section of the subflooring in order to support the flange properly so that we can install a new toilet this return visit needs to be scheduled for second call on Friday however if I get done with the home repair scheduled for tomorrow morning by a decent time I will simply come out here and continue the work needed homeowner is aware of this tentative situation and is available both days

4 year old generac generator had notification to check the battery. Battery holding at 13.3v resting and dropped to 11.8 on start up. Battery checks as good. Reset battery maintenance schedule upon departure.

For this job, I worked on an evaluation on this brand new York, gas furnace system. When I arrived, system board was showing a bad igniter issue. I reccomended replacing the flame sensor due to flickering while running heat on the unit And spoke about considering replacement due to age and condition of the unit in general. Chris opted to have the flame sensor replaced at the moment and wait until a major issue occurs to talk about potential replacement.

For this job I performed a evaluation. The unit was operating within normal limits at the time of arrival. Homeowner stated that the thermostat gave a error saying it's time for maintenance and indicating the temperature was dropping below normal functionality. I discovered both upstairs and down stairs units inducer motors were running above LRA rating on inducer tags indicating potential failure on the inducer motors themselves. I reccomended replacing the inducer motors, idlgniters, and flame sensors. I mentioned condition of the units heat exchangers and considering life of the whole furnace in general. Came to house for electrical inspection and pulled panel cover off and panel looked amazing panel had lightning arresters and also surge protection also had some monitoring device on the feeders which was good but everything in house was working in GFI protection where it was needed and no issues with anything not working but did talk to customer about switch getting a little warm when it's on for a while so talk to customer about it and told her to reach back out to us if it seems to keep doing it when the light is off

And arrival the furnace would ignite and run for a few minutes then shut down while while the blower fan kept running diagnostics indicate a failed zone control board failed heat call through the board recommended replacing the zone board and checking zone dampers low voltage wire and after install review the membership perks and the board replacement option with the homeowner they think over and get back to us

For this job, I worked on a evaluation on this gas furnace system. When I arrived, system was not turning on and control board was throwing an error code. In the code map it showed that there was a restriction in the system, I removed the filter and system came right on. I asked customer for a new filter, and the system started running like normal. Adding on, the thermostat, also showed a bad temperature sensor code, customers mentioned that for 8 years they had been having issues with the thermostat, I offered replacement and customers agreed.
