Today on this visit I looked at both systems in cooling. Down stairs tests in tolerance for functionality. It does have a contactor buzzing and needs be replaced. Additionally adding a soft start will help improve longevity for the contactor compressor and capacitor. Deltas 72 return supply 48 Upstairs system is low on 410a. For this call we performed a super tune-up. I noted that the unit did not have a return plenum which is now considered a code item and that the homeowner is on a outdated membership. I recommended a membership conversion and also considering adding a return plenum for efficiency purposes with better static pressure and option for filtration upgrade. Homeowner was not present so I presented to their niece who would speak with home owner about the recommendations and give a call back if they had any questions. Came to house for electrical inspection and ended up talking to customer about swapping out smoke detectors and also adding a plug next to the water heater so that they don't have a cord going across the garage and also talked about adding a surge protector to protect the entire house but customer is having our AC guys come out there tomorrow to take a look at the AC and what needs to be done and that is what is most important for him right now and the electrical is second so once the AC guys give him a price and everything then he will check with our price to see how it affects his Greenleap payment

For this call I performed a super tune-up. I did know that the unit was slightly over amping at startup and that the unit did not have any bio growth protection or surge protection installed. Previous technician is preferred for this homeowner and I went off his recommendations from last time. Homeowner is not interested in having anything done to mitigate any of the issues at the moment. 2/25/26 Customer states foundation people said there is a leak on her drain line the job under home was installed by Ian and Tyler but was tested tried to fit through crawl hole and was to tight to get out pausing and scheduling for me and Zach to come back tomorrow afternoon
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Blower capacitor is out of tolerance, customer was informed and rejected the job to be done. A filter upgrade and a duct cleaning was also recommended to customer. 2/24/26 Came out for a membership double super tune-up was just finishing up washing the last coil and replacing the screws for the top didn't realize somebody had used a quarter inch self-tapping screw ever so slightly longer than the other quarter inch screws that came with the system accidentally pierced the very top coil of the condenser I am pausing this call so that I can return tomorrow morning and Repair this coil at no cost to the customer
No answer at door no response from dispatch it's been over 15 minutes I am pausing this call for the office to reschedule
For this call I performed a super tune-up. All cooling and heating components within the unit were working within normal spec limits at the time of inspection. I did note a severely dirty evaporator coil and recommended having it cleaned. Homeowner agreed to work, pictures of the coil before and after are attached to invoice summary. Today I showed up for a membership cooling tune-up everything checks out within manufacturer's specifications my only recommendation on the HVAC side is a full service duct cleaning also brought it to the homeowner's attention that her hot water heater is just over 30 years old left some estimates for replacement unfortunately we did not move forward with any of the options today thank you for choosing comfort experts!
