Came out for a plumbing evaluation busted hose bib was not allowing customer to turn off the water she opted to have us replace it everything is good thank you for choosing comfort expert!
Came to job to take a look at part of room that is on breaker keeps going in and out and she says we'll stay on for about an hour then we'll go off but has never had this issue before got here and didn't see anything wrong everything was working butt pulled panel open and found breaker that was broken on the back of it since it was a Sylvania breaker they had bad snappings to the bus bar which caused it to burn up and break so talk to customer about replacing breaker and also doing a panel change to bring panel up to code and for it to be safe as possible but ended up just doing the breaker right now but ended up talking to customer emailing it to her and also talking about financing call

Came to house for customer smoke alarm and hallway beeping and not stopping and is very annoying and causing her dogs to be freaked out so got here and looked at everything and talked to customer about it so replaced smoke detector with new one Customer stated that she would only like to have Jake as her electrician to come and do inspections or any work but everything is working and customers happy

Eval- arrived to customer stating there was a loud noise going off in the hallway where the thermostat and the unit are Upon a thorough evaluation, I was able to determine that the smoke alarm is going bad Recommended an Electrician to come and a Duct cleaning, home is over 25 years and ductwork has never been cleaned since being built and customer has 7 pets in home despite changing filters weekly, small particles are still able to make their way through Duct cleaning is on their plans for spring time Electrician is scheduled to come out tomorrow to replace smoke alarm that has been there since being built
