Very polite ,easy to talk with and ask questions.
Very well pleased with the young man he was very professional, very knowledgeable of the unit. Again thank you and have a blessed night
Very upbeat and cheerful tech professional. Attitude Only down side 1 hour late I was notified of this have to wait for second trip to see about service
We have used this company for other service calls and each time they do an excellent job. They do not hurry through the work nor do they try to make a quick dollar off customers. Dakota was prompt, friendly and very competent. He was able to determine the issue and quickly get it resolved. It is nice to have an ethical repair company and person come out - it is definitely a welcome change from most of the service companies.
I,e was great. He explained everything and then went above my expectations to fix the problem immediately.

2012 3t hp pancake. As the system continued to get worse from my visit in February 2024, even then setting a CA appointment... This time, homeowner stated $400+ electric bills and noise coming from condenser. My diagnostic determined- Compressor inrush amps exceed manufacturers specifications. Almost 200° vapor line in heat mode. Minimal refrigerant available for compressor to function correctly. Scorched primary electrical control contractor. Heat spot on defrost control board. Leaks detected in evaporator coil. Homeowner claims headaches and dizziness have occured lately and may be a symptom of refrigerant hazard. Homeowner does not want to throw parts at it anymore and agreed to visit with a CA 1/17/25 @5-7p Homeowner asked why we haven't been out a second time in 2024 and was pretty upset about that; to de-escalate I said we can waive today's service fee all things considered. I went through the history of calls with her to remind of the activities that have taken plac
For this eval I found that the 54 year Sylvania breaker panel is in extremely poor condition, breakers are loose, door is warped causing panel to be exposed to the elements, the panel is not secured properly to the wall. Sylvania breaker panels are on the list of panels that insurances will not cover in the case of a house fire. Customer needs to replace panel. Customers main reason for having me out tonight was for the air handler breaker tripping in heating. Found the 90 amp outdated disconnect box in the attic to have a burnt and charred breaker that sparks when touched and the air handler breakers to be warped and charred from loose connections. Customer chose to replace both the air handler breaker assembly and to upgrade the outdated disconnect. Will need to order materials and return
Panel looks good alittle on the older side but connections are tight and gfcis are present as well as plugs bring wired correctly, she does have a switch that she doesn't know what it goes to but isn't ready to perform a diagnosis

Caller customer to update her on process. Next step is to submit site transfer request form. I emailed Cindy info. And left a voicemail for customer explaining next steps. Customer does have email with request form and it looks like we will need info of previous installers. I asked customer to pls print form and aquire any information that can be useful.
Customers were not aware the difference between 1st and second stage. They were just worried about how loud the secondstage fan was. I explained to them and they are informed now.
I have labeled the panel and will make an estimate for the fan rewires and switch replacements
On this job I did a full evaluation on the system in heat and cooling the system defrost cycle works as it should. He was a bit concerned about it because it seem to work all day during the ice Storm. I let him know that this was natural. Heat pump suction line temp is 140°. In cooling the td is 20. System has a clean filter and clean coil.
