Kellen was very experienced, obviously, and very courteous, explained everything about the unit and our options. I had never used this particular service before, had heard good things about them and they were true.
Full disclosure, had not used this service before, but had heard of them, and was greatly impressed by the responsiveness of their customer service person, Lisa, both on text and on the phone. Will review the tech and follow up separately.
From the moment I set up the appointment and when the work was completed, I knew I made the right decision not going through my home warranty and reaching out to comfort experts. Mike is very very knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC quickly! He answered all of my questions and provided valuable information to help maintain my AC unit. I didn’t feel pressured in adding any services. He did a great job & great customer service. Thanks!
Aaron was my technician and he did an excellent job servicing my units. I will him again for service on my AC units
Not sure. The “20% discount” and the monthly $20 fee seems to be extortion.

for this job, I did a cooling tuneup. Noticed no water safeties on system and suggested homeowner to install one. Also suggested rebuilding the P-trap. Delta was good. System is zoned for up and downstairs. At the outdoor unit Refrigerant levels, looked good. Capacitor was in check. Running amps and in rush. Was good. Cleaned out the coil and offered a membership. Homeowner declined at this time. System cooling when I left.
Completed AC tune-up on system check both indoor and outdoor systems all electrical is looking well within manufacturers spec except for contactor has some burn mortgage on it due to age of contactor recommended a float switch a Microsoft start kit with his generator also recommended a generator maintenance due tontume about five years for a maintenance was performed on generator washed out outdoor coil and checked pressures
Performed evaluation on system- Delta 23 Leaked searched indoor/outdoor coils and all field welds No signs of leaking detected at time of service System has a min - loss of refrigerant Reccomended Schrader core valves on high and low side Reccomended refrigerant Reccomended primary electrical control unit - gashing and burns on contacts Reccomended drain pan treatment strip Reccomended soft start Reccomended IAQ200 UV - system has biological growth in supply box and coil plastic frame Washed condensor and tightened connections Replaced filter System left on cool at exit
Performed evaluation Upon arrival system was off and wet switch was triggered Alarm was not going off and it was at 123F Replaced wet switch and system became operational Tuned system to 17 Delta Primary drain line was not clogged with no water build up inside closet unit drain pan Scheduled Plumber to give water heater estimate 07/08/25
2007 3t R22 closet upflow HP. System down upon arrival. Diagnostic discovered - Compressor was not turning over when calling to do so. Discovered a failed 45/5 dual run capacitor. Before replacement, I asked the homeowners if I could find out why the capacitor has failed. Upon further investigation - I MEGOHM the compressor and 2 out of 3 legs jumped to the caution status - this indicates the insulation on the motor windings are deteriorating and an imminent compressor short is soon to follow. Once I replaced the dual run capacitor, I was able to get the system on again. Diagnostic discovered - Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturer specifications indicating continuous damage on compressor as it is pulling more energy than designed. Refrigerant charge was well outside of manufacturer tolerance. Condenser unit it not level. Evidence of acidic material eating away at aluminum fins on the bottom sides of condenser coils. I asked to look into the indoor unit - permission grant
Arrived onsite customer had a partial stoppage in upstairs lavatory. Was able to unclog with small cable.
Homeowners mother just got a system replaced last month for $8500 from Tempus heating and air conditioning they are having them come out to give them a quote as well
For this job I performed a complimentary plumbing inspection on the water heater at the residence. The unit is 19 years old, and the customer has changed out the lower element twice. I provided the customer with various estimates to fix the issue. Customer declined all options initially, emailed all estimates to customer.
Quoted customer a 36k heat pump, customer has Son that is in the business.
for this job. I did a cooling tuneup on two systems. On arrival, I noticed the primary line backed up and water pouring out the emergency line outside. Offered a drain clear And homeowner accepted. Drain was clogged past the Ptrap, referred a plumber. Deltas were good. at the condenser refrigerant levels were good. Capacitor was in check. System was on and cooling when I left.
Today I showed up for an evaluation on a 9-year-old gas furnace system upon arrival the outdoor unit was not turning on this was due to a bad contactor this is the smaller unit that services the bedrooms this contact it was taken out from some form of small critter crawling in there and shorting it out homeowner purchased the premium primary unit control today that qualifies for lifetime warranty thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Upon arrival systems were on cool but due to smart programming and outdoor temperature thermostats were satisfied. Asked homeowner for filters to change and bleach He mentioned filters have already been changed and provided me with container of bleach Homeowner also mentioned that one system has been dripping water out of the side of the home Turned thermostats down to kick systems on and went into attic Started with checking deltas for downstairs system which had a great 20° Delta and upstairs had a great 19° Delta Opened furnace and checked electrical components and blower wheel, all in good condition Checked Evap coil and plenums also looked clean and in good condition Switched to upstairs unit and findings were the same, blower wheel clean and in good condition and evap coil clean and plenums also clean. When testing drain lines I noticed there were no back ups on either system which led me to believe clog was more internal Moved to outdoor condenser units checked dual run capac
