Performed evaluation Upon arrival system was operational There were 3 additional filters inside return grates aswell with April air kit in system return The 3 filters had high build up blocking airflow across system causing coil to freeze - at the end of the supply on bottom there is a bypass to return that has water inside the duct insulation - no standing water inside ducts - no standing water inside coil pan and water is flowing through PVC lines Reccomended Service to IAQ to evaluate homeowner duct work concerns System refrigerant is good Dual run capacitor was out of tolerance compressor 21.24 of 70 Compressor was in and out of operation - while inside attic space compressor had turned off with condensor fan operational Installed dual run capacitor Homeowner joined home and budget protection plan System left on cool at exit

For this job I performed a evaluation. Homeowners stated that it did not seem to be cooling efficiently upstairs. Homeowner stated that we have added refrigerant in the past a couple years ago but did not address where the leak was from. I like search the evaporator coil and got a few hits from the leak detector. The Delta and subcool were both very low. I spoke with home owner about replacing the evaporator coil, clearing their drain line that they wanted done, and adding refrigerant vs a complete system replacement. Homeowners opted to have a comfort advisor give them an estimate for a system replacement. Comfort advisor scheduled for 7/15/25 between 3 and 6. For this job I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner stated that the unit was cooling fine but it was turning off and on all day on 7/13/25. I tested the drain lines and the primary drain line was clogged. I successfully unclogged the primary drain line and tested it with two guns of water both in the primary plumbing and primary drain line once reinstalling pipes. For this job I performed an evaluation. I began my evaluation checking the outdoor unit I quickly noticed that the compressor was trying to turn on but the fan was not. I checked the dual run capacitor and it was out of tolerance. I replaced the dual run capacitor and recommended a deep clean on the condenser coil because the homeowner has a cottonwood tree and condenser had a massive airflow restriction due to it. The homeowner agreed to have the condenser deep cleaned. The Delta was within normal limits, left the system running at 70 cool. Thank you for choosing comfort experts, have a great day!

Came out for an evaluation on a gas furnace American standard unit customer and concerns about water leaking from the unit this has been happening for a couple of months and customer had a tub underneath the far end of the plenum to catch the water I did see a little water in the tub did not see water dripping from the plenum at that moment however I could see water dripping from the case coil back left corner into the emergency drain pan emergency drain pan head oil residue I looked through previous notes and found that we have already recharged the system a couple years ago so today I performed a leak detection both indoor and outdoor free of charge I found several points at the evaporator coil that were leaking discussed options with homeowner and he has opted to sit down with a comfort advisor this appointment is scheduled for later today 3:00 to 5:00 bracket however he is unavailable until after 4:30 p.m. he did not choose the later bracket because he does not want someone in his

Showed up for an evaluation on a gas furnace system coils have been freezing and thawing back out resulting in excess amounts of water flooding the emergency pan causing it to overflow after diagnosing the system I found the problem to be the zoning board and the bypass damper homeowner has chosen to eliminate the zoning system all together therebye leaving the downstairs thermostat in full control I verified that the two zoning dampers for upstairs and downstairs are both power closed and spring open and verified that they are in the open position with no power applied to them verified systems functionality before leaving left it in cool mode
