For this job we did an evaluation. System in heating mode was running and pulling a 15 degree delta. Two of the heat strips were drawing power. Third was not. Reconnected third heat strip and system was performing with over 30 degree delta. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Came to the job for plugs not working and breaker tripping and talk to customer about getting warranty on breakers and ordering them and we will be back out too replace them when they come in and also quoted to add a surge protector as well but ended up replacing a GFCI while we were here to fix both plugs not working
Came out for a membership heating tune-up checked everything indoor and out everything is operating within manufacturers specifications made recommendations to treat for pest outside to keep insects and small animals out of the condensing unit also discussed filtration and indoor air quality homeowners are hoping to get a few more years out of the system before replacing and not looking to invest in the current system at this time thank you for choosing comfort experts!
For this job we performed a super tune-up on all three systems. We noted that all three of the units did not have a P-trap on the drain lines or a drain switch. I recommended installing a drain switch on each system and redesigning the drain lines to have a P-trap to bring the systems up to code. Homeowner agreed to have the work done. Came to job to look at swapping out fixture but ended up swapping out light bulbs instead and putting it back together also talked to customer about cleaning solar panels on roof cuz they're really dirty and also brought up membership as well and would also like to have an ACTech come out as well to look at the vents and to give a quote to do a cleaning
For this call I performed a super tune-up. The unit was low on refrigerant. WE successfully located a leak with our leak detector in the evaporator coil. I went over repair options with homeowner and replacement options. I'll let homeowner know that the unit is working off R22 and has been phased out for several years parts and repairs are very expensive. I offered to have a comfort advisor give exact estimates for replacement for both heating and air conditioning. Homeowner stated that they are going to weigh in their options and hold off for the meanwhile but may call back to have a advisor scheduled to give estimates for replacement. Today I looked at both heating and cooling. The home owners have sold the house and I'm here with realtor. The system test in tolerance all the way around. The system does need a 210 aprilaire filter the one provided doesn't fit it. System is ready for work.
Came to house for electrical inspection and houses really new and looks really good has everything that it needs GFI protection where it's required and has smoke detectors everywhere it's needed everything is working and up to code all grounding is required only thing that they do not have as a search protector so talk to them about that to maximize their electrical system and to protect everything inside their house especially since they work from home and also talk to them about replacing breaker that is tripping but customer is going to be calling eating to get them under warranty
