Came out for a membership Plumbing visit homeowner was very selective in what she wanted me to touch and not touch for fear of problems arising due to the age of the plumbing in the home I did find several issues that I brought to her attention however she wanted to focus on the things that she was already concerned with before I arrived which was replacing the shower head and snaking the vanities in the master and the hall bath unfortunately the vanities back up to each other directly so the snake travels down one drain and up the other I have no control over the auger head making turns in the wall I even tried using a Shop-Vac to suck the clog out to no avail though I did get several gallons of black out of the drain line it's still drains very slow left an estimate for going underneath the house cutting open the pipe and running the snake both ways she understands this is a very conservative best case scenario and that we could get underneath the house and see a larger issue with th

Came to house to look at all sorts of things talk to customer about doing diagnosis on circuit that wasn't working and I was having issues with plugs took a look at it for a second and got a plug working but couldn't get any of the other ones working so coated him to come back with Matt to do a diagnosis and figure out the issue and also gave him a bunch of other clothes to do a bunch of other work that he was wanting done like swapping out a bunch of his under cabinet lights in his kitchen that aren't working or get the transformers for them to get them to work also had an issue with this doorbell but found out that it wasn't an issue and everything is working fine for him but since customer a bunch of quotes but customer was just busy and had to hop on a work call and couldn't talk to him more about the estimates but sent him the quotes and everything and he does want to do it so he will reach out as soon as he's ready
For this job I did a super tune up. Changed filter. Drain tested clear. No water safety. Recommend adding to prevent water damage to home. Flame sensor has significant corrosion, recommend cleaning or replacing. Significant dust build up on blower, recommend pulling and cleaning. Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Running amps are good. Cap is good. Hard start has failed. Homeowner mentioned interest in having AC unit functioning with his backup generator, recommend adding soft start to bring amp draw low enough to start up. Washed coil. Recommend surge protection. Spoke with homeowner about updating current membership plan to H&B plan. Homeowner may be interested about replacing his generator/adding solar in the future. Homeowner declined work for today. System off when I left.
102 customer's house for police said by AC tech for plugs not working in house in bathrooms and got here and bathroom plugs were not working but Breaker was tripped in garage talk to customer about it and got information on whenever she would plug in a hair dryer or something with a little bit higher amperage pool it would trip immediately and after pulling the cover off found that they had the neutral on the breaker not even tighten down at all and was just loose dangling around and was causing it to arc and trip the breaker So just tighten down the neutral wire and everything is working panel was a federal Pacific that but that is a lot for her right now but panel look really neat for what it was other than the loose connection there was no other issues other than not having a main breaker on the panel or disconnect on the outside talk to her about doing a membership but customer was not interested at all in it

2/6/26 Met with excavator at location added addional repairs to the ticket excavator is digging today will make all repairs tomorrow 2nd call Permit needs pulled for 30 gallon nat gas and 30 ft sewer line
Came out for a membership super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and cool mode the homeowner had some questions about emergency heat and running the heat pump during the Cold snap answer these questions and spoke to him about his hot water heater that is 13 years old during my inspection I did not find anything wrong with the HVAC system however I did leave a couple estimates for options for Water Heater replacement he wants to review this with his son that was not available to speak to my phone at this time but they might call us back to have the office patch them through to me directly so that I can answer questions that the sun might have
Came to your house for plug burnt up behind bed and didn't know why it happened and explain to customers that it was a loose connection just from how the way it was burnt and showed them all of that but I explained to them that now that we have replaced this plug if it happens again to call us and we will be back
Customer is financed .... excavation will begin tomorrow calling 811 for locates do not process financing yet job may go up depending on condition of sewer line under home
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system tested in tolerance. Today I also washed the coil and left the filter because it was clean I recommend adding an easy start to help high inrush amps Also a duct cleaning. At this point the system has build up all over the grills.
