Today we replaced a thermostat. System is back online and cooling.
Came out due to inside system not turning off. Found tstat set to fan on, thoroughly checked AC and heating. H/o just left fan on and did not know the functions of the tstat. We set fan back to auto, system works fine at this time.
For this call I performed a heating tune up. All components within the unit were running within normal spec limits. I reccomended a IAQ 200 for preventative measures of bio growth.
