Both Garrett and his assistant tech. seemed knowledgeable about my HVAC system. They listened as I explained what was performed by the other HVAC company. My HVAC system was currently running although their were obvious issues that should of been addressed on the prior service. I was provided options on what needs to be done on a temporary basis (patch) or a permanent fix. Although more expensive I chose the permanent fix. 07/26/24 TS- 2 waterheaters and the right one is leaking. Because of the way they are hooked up I will have to readjust the inlet and outlet water l8nes so they done share tanks. Customer is considering just upgrading to a single bigger waterheater and running lines for the 1. Customer agreed for me to install customer supplied waterheater. He will call in to schedule for install
Remove cabinets in kitchen where water manifold is, also will have to jackhammer the foundation to expose lines well enough to build up manifold. Returning Monday to complete repair.

07/26/24 TS- flushed both waterheaters and they wouldn't drain the watern because they both were air locked with T&P open. I assessed that both t&p valves would not open and quoted to get replaced. Customer declined work to be done.
