Hunter is great. He has been my tech before and as always he is professional, articulate and explains things in layman’s terms.
Professional, knowledgeable and attention to detail. Fixed the problem while giving me some insight on the overall process. Much appreciated!
Ian was professional and explained the issue to me so that I could understand it. Really appreciated his level of service. $400 total seems like a lot for a capacitor swap.

Found compressor running but no fan. Check capacitor and found fan side completely dead. Replaced capacitor and verified system was cooling. Second owner of house no warranty on system.
2022 3.5t attic horizontal foam insulation hp. System functional upon arrival. Claim was at some point on 5/24/25 the compressor was not on and the temperature increased in the home. Homeowner has a son in from out of town that "did something" to the tstat yesterday and it started working. Son was asleep upon arrival and I didn't get a chance to talk to him, claim that the son is in HVAC in California. My refrigerant charge was within tolerance. No error codes on tstat or circuit board. TESP was 0.4/0.5" WC. DeltaT was 16°. Filter had been replaced in April of 2025. The 45 run capacitor was just above manufacturer lowest tolerance (still within range although showing signs of weakening). Start capacitor was functional. Heat rejection off the compressor was acceptable. 80° ambient. I expressed to the homeowner that I could not replicate the issue and that all systems were functional.
Estimate to install propane lines to 2 appliances. We will locate 3/4 steel line at edge of home and install reier with stop and union. Run new lines to appliances under mobile home. Lines will terminate at floor level with approved stops and supplies. All work will be tested for leaks. Customer declined work due to price. Did not want estimate emailed
Apon arrival I talked with customer about condensation issues with system. Ductwork is tore up. Customer has another contractor coming to look at ductwork today. Rerouted drain line from install to drain from under the house. Needs to replace duct work to fix the sweating issues.
We checked both panels everything looked great no surge protector though, but smoke detectors are present and functional as well as GFCIs I have sent a estimate for a sub panel and generator inlet/interlock

Technicians arrived to customers home and introduced themselves aswell as handing home questioner sheet for homeowner to fill out. Technicians grabbed tools and started in furnace in attic. Technician noticed that blower wheel speed was off. Blower wheel looked in good condition, swapped air filter checked plenums all in good condition, evaporator coil in good condition, plenty of insulation aswell. Homeowner had a damper for return. Technicians then moved to outside condenser washed coils in and out, technician hooked gauges and refrigerant levels looked good, capacitor was in range, was a 45+5 was reading a 44+4, contactor looked In good condition. Technician took inrush amps came out to 92 amps. Technician wrote recommendations and suggested to disconnected damper for return side, aswell as compressor saver on condenser unit, homeowner agreed to get it done. Technician disconnected damper on return side and installed compressor saver on outside condenser unit. System overall workin
I have replaced one of his GFCI breakers and I have sent multiple estimates regarding a subpanel for pool pumps and entertainment as well as replacement of the main panel due to its brand and it's known nuisance tripping in its afci and GFCI breakers

Came to house for electrical inspection and the house is Two years old And Everything looks great Has all the grounding and g.F.I protection throughout the house and afci protection where needed The only thing is she doesn't have a surge protector so talked to her about that and gave her a quote for it
Air handler- has insulation that is coming off the door and the top of the unit causing condensation in the air handler tech recommended fixing the issue. There is biological growth in the system homeowners are having another company come out Friday to clean the ducts and biological growth. Home owner is cleaning the A-fram coil. Tech found the running amps on the heat strips to be up to standards. Once tech was finished up stairs tech headed to the condenser where tech found the refrigerant levels to be up to standards. Tech got inrush amps and running amps on compressor and condenser fan motor
Tech found biological growth is starting to grow in the supply. Tech found that there was drain protection in the drain pan. The delta split was up to standards. The electrical wiring is tight and working properly outside and inside tech check the condenser fan motor as well as the compressor everything is working up to techs standards at this time
