Came to jump to fix plug in backyard and install interlock kit will be going back on Thursday morning to finish
Arrived to duct cleaning estimate. Biological growth is present inside the air handler. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty. Ducts have mild dust build up starting to form. Suggest a level 2 duct cleaning which will include cleaning all of the ducts, cleaning the blower wheel and the evaporator coil and an anti microbial fog to keep growth from returning. Technician also suggests upgrading the air filtration and adding a UV system to help clean and sterilize the air.
Came to job to look at a few things and quoted to come back and add generator plug and fix plug near pool

2017 3.5t carrier hp attic horizontal. Expired manufacturers warranty. Drain line is clear. Filter - 1 inch filter usage, room for a 5 inch. Homeowner had two 1 inch filters in return. Blower door insulation was falling off - fixed. Heavy biological growth present inside indoor unit. Evaporator coil had rust streaks on the underside of the coil, performed a courtesy leak detection and detected r410a refrigerant molecules. Ducting is strapped high - builder grade install. Reduces energy efficiency. Compressor inrush amperage exceeds manufacturers LRA. HP running in heat mode had a section line temperature lower than required of 110° above ambient indicating refrigerant loss. After expressing the systems performance and saftey, we discussed expired manufacturers warranty and how that plays a huge financial roll in the decision of a repair vs replacement. We also discussed the refrigerant formula expiring soon and the possibility of not being able to get an evaporator coil from the
11/15/24 TS- touch less kitchen faucet Moen. Not coming on but light blinking. Changed batteries underneath and faucet came on
Upon arrival technician talked to home owner and discussed how the unit has been running this past year homeowner explained that the unit has been running perfectly except for hearing a humming noise. Technician went and checked the humming noise technician found that it could be a vent technician taped on the vent and it stoped. Technician started out side before the rain started technician cleaned and waxed the unit. Technician got his inrush amp which was over desired inrush amps. Technician then got rained on while trying to get readings on refrigerant levels. Refrigerant levels looked good for the outdoor conditions technician headed upstairs into the attic where technician jumped it to heat mode where technician found that the running amps on the inducer motor was a little high than what it should be. Technician made sure homeowner was aware of it as well as aware of the compressor. Compressor was running at 10 amps while fan motor is running at .88
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. System is a 2yo Trane heat pump. INDOOR: I replaced the filter, the system had a temperature split of 18 degrees, the coil was clean, the blower wheel was clean, the blower motor was in good condition, the heat strips were functioning within range. OUTDOOR: the refrigerant charge was within acceptable levels at this time, the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance and the primary electrical control was in good condition. I shared my findings with the homeowner. She was not interested in hearing estimates for upgrades to help with the longevity of her new system. System was operating normally when I left.
Spoke on the phone with Mr. Steven's. Wanted to verify the estimates I sent over. Wife spoke to her husband and became a little confused. Husband is an electrician and just wanted to have a conversation with me about system performance. I've never had the opportunity to speak to Mr,Steven's as he was unavailable on my last visits.
