Upon arrival cust explained to me that his motor had siezed up couple of days ago, he was able to free it up and have it running temp. Swapped condenser fan motor and installed new capacitor When inspecting the air handler I found the supply plenum was heavily impacted by biological growth. Recommended installation of Value Germicidal Light Need to return tomorrow afternoon and complete rec work
Upon arrival compressor wasn't operating, capacitor failure Replaced 45/5 capacitor Refrigerant levels OK Compressor Amp draws are high recommended Compressor saver System is on and operating at this time
This system is total clogged up from the drain to the evap coil and blower motor. The paneling on this unit is allowing so much dirt causing this cloggage. At this time the system is a block of ice and will need the rest of the day to thaw.

Arrived to no cool. System is very low on refrigerant and was frozen up upon arrival. Performed leak search to find a leak in the evaporator coil. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer this evening between 6-8pm. Customer has requested that if the system is replaced that the new compressor saver that was installed recently be put on the new system.
Upon arrival tech was shown the Crack in the ceiling due to water damage. When tech was shown to the air handler both primary and secondary drains where clogged. The unit didn't have a float switch to kill the unit. The primary drain didnt have fall. Tech installed a float switch. Reran the primary to have fall and cleared the drains. When tech was done he showed home owner the primary drain was draining

On arrival both systems running and cooling. Both systems running continuously to satisfy thermostat. Refridgerant levels were normal, recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about ductwork to replace the old mylar ductwork, insulation for the upstairs and replacement of the downstairs system that is r-22 and installed in 03. Customer will give us a call to schedule.
Level 2 duct cleaning is scheduled for tomorrow morning June 25th in the morning. Arrived to no cool. Thermostat had failed and prevented the system from running. Replaced thermostat and added a compressor saver to the outside unit to help with the efficiency and the reliability of the system. System is operating normally at this time.
2020 straight electric 4 ton download closet. System is losing performance quickly. Homeowner claimed $800 electric bill. System was installed before they moved in. Family is leaving for vacation. Wife set appointment for CA on 6/26/24 @9am to discuss a more reliable and efficient system. Explained to wife about unblocking the return closet to maximize airflow to unit. We discussed system decontamination and warranties. System is functional but reduced in performance.
The panel looks good but they were having trouble with a GFCI outside tripping the TV inside every time they use the hot tub I have made an estimate but the homeowners were not home at this time
06/03/24 TS- cut 3/4" AC drain line and installed a union, to help future services. Ran snake down 2" drain line and cleared clog. Poured a few jugs of water down the drain and it doesn't back up. When charging her credit card that's on file it would instantly accept charge but then change on the front page that it was payed. We ended up trying to charge 3 times. Each time it was accepted but the system would change shortly after. No idea why. Card on file that ends with 1936 is what we charged on.
