Open walls to check/ insulate piping manifolds Cut wall to shower manifold, had main lines running there first. Pipes were not insulated on the inside wall, shower base had empty space to the outside wall potentially causing cold draft to manifold area. Filled with spray foam and insulated the water pipes.

Tech Cody Brooks arrived at customer's home. I met Mr Tyson and he directed me to the thermostat and indoor unit, and I begun my inspection of the system. First I started with the furnace upstairs, the inducer motor was pulling proper amperage according to manufacturer. I replaced the filter, and noticed that the customer was using a 1-in filter on a system designed for a 5 inch. I inspected the supply and return plenum and found them to be clean, and inspected the heat exchanger for the furnace and found no signs of damage. When I turned the furnace on all the safeties worked as they should and the furnace turned on with no problems. I closed the upstairs unit and headed downstairs, I started by opening up the electrical box on the straight electric condenser. I cleaned out the spider webs from the box and tighten the electrical connections. I noticed that the customer did not have a hard start kit, whenever I did the inrush amp test on the compressor decompressor was pulling 20 amps
