During inspection verified that systems were cooling properly Spoke to customer about recommendations for the system including being at the top of the list his upstairs cap being below tolerance and I let him know that this would cause a problem this summer and if he would like to get this taken care of Customer wanted to put in a new cap to insure his system would work properly this summer Customer's stated he would give us a call back

Ran sewer machine through cleanout on outside wall back and forth line draining slow. Went ahead and ran sewer camera found that there is a break at the side of home and ran camera about 10 feet could not run any further. Wrote estimate to tunnel in and fix both breaks under home and retest after repair.

Completed an air conditioning repair job at a customer's home. Found that the coil was dirty and clogged with dust and debris, which was causing the system to work harder and not cool the home as effectively. The coil was cleaned thoroughly then reinstalled. The system is working properly again.

Tech arrived at a tune-up. The capacitor was out of tolerance. The refrigerant and Delta was within range. The filter was relatively clean. The ductwork and blower area was dirty. The flame sensor was a little scorched. The indoor coil was recently replaced. There was no drain safety on the system. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The customer is moving and just wanted it looked at. He will review the information. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a warranty tuneup. Upon inspection, the capacitor was within specs. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filter was dirty and replaced. The UV light was working. The Delta was within the range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She decided to move forward with adding another treatment strip to help keep the drain system clean. She will revisit the AprilAire filter upgrade on our next visit.

Tech arrived at service call. Upon inspection, the zone board was not sending a power close signal to the upstairs zone damper. The damper was tested and functional. The zone board should be replaced. The refrigerant was within range. The system was very dirty. There filter was replaced. There was biological growth throughout the system. The customer was informed of recommendations today. She sent her husband some videos of the findings and they will call back in once they decide which repairs are best for them. Blake can be contacted for set up. Tech will follow up next week if we haven't heard from them by then. The system was left with the upstairs zone disconnect and in the open position.

The compressor was pulling high amperage on start-up. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain was clear and vinegar was poured. There was growth present in the system. The Delta and refrigerant was within range. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He will review the information and fill out a Google review. The system was functioning upon departure.

The panel looked great but they did not have a surge protector everything else is fine I tested the connections I tightened them up the plugs inside all tested perfectly they were wired correctly gfci's were there but they're ground on the outside which I could not find the ground rod but there was a wire going directly into the ground it had over 100 resistance whenever the legal limit is 25 so I gave them an estimate for a new ground rod

On arrival system was running and cooling producing a 20 degree delta. The indoor unit had clear drain lines and a clean blower and coil. The supply plenum had significant growth. The outdoor unit was overamping on start up and I replaced a capicator. With the customers permission I installed an iaq 200 and a compressor saver kit.

During inspection discovered that cap was below tolerance and I brought the cap to customers to show the readings and let them know that it would fail come summer time and customer stated that they could not move forward on the repair and would need to price around Left customers house with system operating properly
