On arrival system running and cooling producing 20 degrees delta. Indoor unit dusty but otherwise in good shape. Drain lines flowed when flushed. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but overamped on start up. Recommended compressor saver kit. Customer declined.
On this job I installeda new easy start and a new filter. System is back online and cooling start up amps are 42 on second start up this number will get lower after the 5th turn on.
On arrival system was only producing 6 degree delta. A properly functioning machine produces 20 degrees. I found a superheat of 30 when the target superheat is 1. I leak searched and had intermittent pings of refridgerant in the evaporator coil cabinet. Explained that his equipment is out of warranty and an outdated refridgerant, which makes the current repair and any future repairs more expensive. Recommended speaking with a comfort advisor about replacement before costs increase and summer arrives. Visit is scheduled for next Wednesday 10-12.
On this job I looked at the cooling side. I found that she needs a new filter and needs us to order for her. I also recommend an easy start for this system all other components check in tolerance.

Came to job for estimate and ended up not being an estimate. And so just having an issue with the plug and very simple fix. But customers very happy and very glad. He has our membership and loves our company and will only use us. From all the great things and waze our company was able to help him out
On arrival nest thermostat was sensing a short on the condenser preventing it from starting. On further inspection the dual run capicator was out of tolerance. Replaced shorted contactor and dual run capicator. System running and cooling as I left. Recommended some form of start kit for the condenser as it was pulling 158 amps on start up and the manufacturers max allowable starting amp draw is 153. Compressor savers reduce amp draw by 30-40 percent and soft start kits reduce starting amp draw by 70-90.
On arrival system was off. No power to the home. Visually checked for poe oil to indicate a refridgerant leak. Found nothing that could cause a maple syrup smell. Discussed indoor air quality options and the benefits of a soft start kit to a system.
Came to house for furnace not getting two forty volt And ended up finding out there's a Box in the attic that has melted and burned the wire And i'm very sure it's from a loose connection and also the fact they had it on Hundred amp breaker when it should be on a sixty amp breaker Was able to make joints correctly and get their heat back on for them.Customers are very happy and look forward to using us more in the future

x13 blower motor failed. Please order motor, cage and blower wheel.
Heating and cooling tune up on 2013 Goodman gas system checked all componenets and operation uv bulb in blower portion is out and duct system is very dirty ignition components changed recently. Changed filter provided by customer. Outdoor unit condenser fan motor leaking oil and capacitor is right at lowest rating starting to degrade washed outdoor coil too cold to accurately check refrigerant
