Upon arrival thermostat and system was off Found primary drain line to be clogged setting off drain saftey switch Cleared drain line and operated system System left on cool at exit
On arrival system running and cooling as intended. Indoor unit passed all electrical testing and produced an adequate delta. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. Homeowner is selling home and HVAC has already passed inspection.
Today we showed up for a plumbing inspection. After walking the house I found no issues with any of the plumbing. I'll stop fixtures drains, and toilets work properly. Hose bibs are in great condition. Homeowner knows the tankless is old and needs maintenance but wants to wait until tankless fails. Thank you for choosing comfort experts!

On arrival systems running and cooling producing adequate deltas. Indoor units passed all electrical testing, outdoor units both overamping on start up. I replaced both contractors, added two compressor saver kits and replaced the upstairs system dual run capicator. Systems cooling as I left.

On arrival system was in heating mode. Switched thermostat to cooling and it began cooling. Customer wanted to switch to an easier to operate Honeywell thermostat. Once installed and programmed system resumed cooling.
On arrival drain line was re clogged. Advised that blowing out the drain line would not be a permanent solution and that we would need to send a plumber to have it addressed appropriately. Customer would also like to replace door to pancake unit, please have plumber measure door while there.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home because water was dripping out of the ceiling fan in their master bedroom. This was because the primary drain line was clogged and all the water had filled up the secondary pan and due to the angle of the pan the water was not draining fast enough out of the secondary. I spoke to the customer about what I needed to do in order to get them up and running and they agreed to have me clear under the sink when I started disassembling under the sink and taking apart the connection to the p-trap there was a substantial clog. I used my vacuum to pull everything out and did the same in the attic and cut the primary about halfway and repeated the process. After completing the drink clear I flush the primary drain line with 3 gallons of water and the system did not back up and I vacuumed all the water out of the secondary drain pan because there was some water dripping out from there.
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system I'm happy to report that the system checks in tolermace on both sides. The td is 20 i washed the condensor and system has a clean filter. I do recommend an easy start for the outside unit. This will add longevity
