2011 indoor with a 2017 evaporator coil. 2006 outdoor unit 4 ton hp. R22 Homeowner said on 2/26/24 the system shut off and didn't come back on until the cooler temperatures. Upon evaluating the indoor unit I could hear the liquid line loudly fluttering, performed a leak detection and confirmed. Outdoor unit capacitor is failing. Due to the evidence of a refrigerant leak, I MEGOHM the compressor on all three terminals and found the caution light indicator. I explained to homeowner in detail on how his system is performing and he accepted a CA appointment 2/27/24 @1pm. 2 of the ducting on the supply plenum need to be repaired. I spoke briefly about the benefits of variable speed motors and a compressor saver. I did not mention insulation but it looks like a good candidate for more. When I was with the homeowner, I saw the Payments tab on service titan in the completed state and proceeded to close up with the homeowner, then when I had left the home dispatch informed me of the mist
Tyler L completed in electrical tuna after looking at the main panel and the sub panel the worksmanship was good but I did find that the GFCI's all being put so close together is generating quite a bit of heat I showed this to the customer I also explained an offered a search protector but he was not interested at the moment checked all of the plugs in the kitchen and a couple around the living room all of which were wired correctly GFCIs were in the proper locations in functioning properly
